Clear and detailed check-in communication, responsive to additional questions, very clean property, and location is very convenient to shopping. Restaurants, and just a short drive to Flora-Bama, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. Enjoyed our stay!

This condo was incredible! The location on the beach was perfect. It was just the right size for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom and bathroom were very well laid out. We cannot wait to return to this condo! The host was easy to work with. The building had two elevators to make it easier to move our belongings. The beach access was wonderful. Yes there were a lot of beach service chairs/umbrellas, bit just a short walk down the beach was an open area. The condo had chairs for us to use. We highly recommend this condo and working with Tiffany!

Smooth check-in, clean, great view, spacious- great week!

Asked host last night where else we could park when all parking was full in both lots, still have seen no response. Then to make things even better at 9am we heard someone putting the code in on the door and almost made it through the door if my husband wouldn’t have stopped them. When he got to the door a lady said “aren’t you checking out?” Mind you it was 9am and I have the place paid for until 10am. Super inappropriate to enter a PAID FOR rental an hour before checkout and ask if we are checking out. Messaged the host afterwards asking why someone would do that and STILL no response. After that incident I felt uncomfortable being there and made sure to take pictures of how we left the place so they don’t try to say we left it a mess.

Was a perfect place for a girls relaxing getaway! Would definitely return!

The condo was amazing! Clean, fully stocked kitchen utensils and cookware, comfortable bedding, great washer/dryer. The view and balcony are WONDERFUL! We spent most of our time there and on the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful, clean two bedroom condo on the 6th floor, the whole building is very clean and the staff were so kind. Beach is wonderful, chair and umbrella rental was a breeze, close to food establishments and stores.

The unit is a beautiful place and view is amazing. We love this area this time of year and to be able to see the sun. ( compared to where we come from in Michigan ) . Look forward every year in coming back to favorite place

I feel like this place checked all the boxes: beautiful beach and pool, nice clean condo and grounds, close to great dining, It was me and my 18 and 22 year old granddaughters and we felt completely safe the entire time we were there. We contacted the property manager once while there and she got back to us almost immediately. We couldn’t have asked for any better!

Very nice. A little outdated. Need some better parking for disabled. Only 2 spots is unacceptable.

We loved our stay at this condo. The balacony is huge and did not disappoint! Loved the shower on the master. Would suggest maybe leaving a little hotel size soap and shampoo/conditioner. Check in was so easy, i would maybe suggest a key pad door lock. Keeping the key before going down to the beach was a little bit of a pain but no a real big dewl. I would suggest booking the charis and umbrellas before you leave for vacay. We had beach front ever day and it was wonderful. Otherwise we would have either had the 2nd row or behind that if we brough our own umbrella. The beach was wonderful, the pools were great and more than enough room around the pool. Great loacation to wonderful resteraunts! We will be back here again. We just absolutt loved it! All the emplyees of the facilty were also very nice. Don't 2nd guess this book it!

This condo super ceded our expectations! Clean, well equipped and comfortable which made it difficult to leave. Highly recommend!!!

The beach was perfect and the Palacio keeps the property very nice! Somewhat disappointed with the lack of updates. Each room should have smart TVs at least. Everything is mismatched in the kitchen and not fully stocked with things needed to make meals. Rugs need updated or deep cleaned. The door to the balcony was very hard to get open. Unit overall needs updated but we LOVED the property, beach, pool, etc. I’ll read reviews more closely next time!

The location was very easy to find. Check in process was the easiest i ever had in over 30 years of traveling. Condo was exactly as described & very quiet. My teenage daughter loved the balcony & spacious living room which gave us the perfect view of sunsets, beach view & people watching.
