Our trip here was incredible. We are a family of 4 with children ages 1.5 and 3. The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could need, and gave us more than enough room to spread out. The beach service was nice to have and the location right on the beach with the pool there as well worked out so well for our family. The condo is decorated beautifully and the showers had great water pressure. Beds were comfy, the view is incredible, just great experience all around. Would definitely recommend.

Having an elevator on the property was a plus for hauling groceries and luggage. The only downside was that we arrived early because of our flight schedule and wasn't able to get in the property till 4:00. Benchmark Management was hard to get ahold of to see if we could get in and they failed to send gate information to access the property until I asked.

We loved the size of the condo that was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved their room and I loved the bunk beds and the bean bag chairs! Short walk to the beach and convenience of the chairs being set up for us. We also enjoyed the pool and access to restaurants across the street, as well as a convenient gas station. The condo was very clean as well. My only complaint is that we did not receive the gate code ahead of time which would have been helpful, but that was very minor. Thank you again!

We were there for a family wedding in the area. The location was ideal and the views were spectacular! Comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out. The grandchildren ( ages 5-9) enjoyed the pool.

We really appreciated Noah having our beach chairs and umbrella ready. We did not receive the gate code before we arrived. The owner my want to take care of some mold in the master bath ceiling and the doorway near the shower in the Jack and Jill. I appreciated the text from you making sure all was well and your contact information. The food at Cafe 30A was fabulous!

We loved the location of the Legacy condos, with close proximity to shopping, dining, & attractions. The ocean view is an amazing 360 panoramic uninhibited view that is spectacular!! The condo was furnished nicely & very well stocked for cooking & dining. The rental process, check in/ out, access codes were all handled electronically. It was great not having to go to an office to check in.

This was a really nice place, big and clean. The views were fantastic and accurate as advertised. The dryer needs to be serviced and better instructions on how to use the codes for entry, overall I would definitely book this again very nice place.
