Property was very clean and nice. A lot of the outlets throughout the unit aren’t functional so that made for a minor inconvenience but overall, I would recommend the unit.

Booking and check-in/out was a breeze. All info and directions were included in email, no fretting about instructions. Blue Swell actually answer their phone if you have questions, was nice not to wait for or worry about a callback. Room was as described. Supplied inside and on balcony with more than just the basics. Enough seating for all of us inside and on balcony so no one was left out from hanging out. We didn’t lack anything for preparing food and amenities like soap, pods and garbage bags. So appreciate that. Walmart across the street is convenient. The views from every window was everyone’s favorite part. Grand pool was amazing and close. Two beach chairs and umbrellas being included was a plus. The garden tub showers did pose a hazard to my older parents and sis-n-law on crutches, but she wasn’t on crutches when I booked and the tubs didn’t stand out to me for my parents when looking for rooms. I was more worried about being on the 11th floor but the elevators worked all week, thankfully. Thankful for our two parking spots, luggage carts, and the beach toy donation station, but I could see those being less available the busier it is. My big family each said they loved where I booked so I’m happy I found this one and would recommend and would stay again. The amazing view for chilling, plenty of room to get ready or hang out or have a family meal together, and all the things to do there and in the vicinity made our family vacation smooth. This property was located on the 11th floor of the building and offered an amazing ocean view from every room. The furniture was somewhat dated and could use a deep cleaning, but it was still usable. Overall, the unit itself definitely needed a thorough deep clean.Prior to arrival, I had read a previous comment mentioning issues with the dryer. I reached out to the owner to confirm, and I received a quick response assuring me there were no problems. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dryer still did not work properly and took an extremely long time to dry a small load of clothes. On top of that, both the washer and dryer are very old, and debris came out of the machine door during use, ending up all over my clothes. I was honestly disgusted and did not use them again [See attached pictures.]The kitchen, however, was well equipped with everything needed. The building itself was kept clean overall and had a secure, direct entrance to the beach, which was a great convenience. During our stay, only one pool was operational.There were also plenty of food options & things to do nearby, and Walmart was about a 10-minute walk from the unit, which was very convenient.

In town for college baseball tourney. Perfect location, beautiful view, phenomenal beach access. Would love to revisit when construction for all the towers is complete & all the amenities are open, but that didn't mar this trip one bit!

Condo was in a great location with absolutely beautiful views. The interior (living room furniture, bedroom linens) need updating but otherwise it was very nice. Everything you could need was supplied in kitchen. We had a party of four so we had to wash towels each day because you’re only supplied one per person. We will be booking again.

I decide on condos based on reviews so I feel it is important to be honest. Here goes. The floors could be cleaner. If my bare feet are dirty in the first 15 minutes, they are not clean enough. Please put a bottle of soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. A tiny bar of hotel soap is not ok. I am on vacay I shouldn’t have to bring my own soap to wash my hands. Furniture was dusty, idk if there had even been someone staying there right before us so maybe that’s why it was dusty. Fridge and freezer needed baking soda. Smelled like fish so our ice we bought smelled like fish. Dryer does not work well. Took a good while to dry one load of clothes. Overall the condo was spacious and nice. It just needs some personal touches, upgrade dryer, and better cleaning. If you want a hotel type setting, this place is for you! We were on a girls trip. View is great, condo is great size and location is awesome. I had stayed in another condo in Long Beach only two weeks earlier by different hosts and it felt like home, not a hotel. I like to be comfortable. Just my honest opinions.

Wonderful stay! We loved every second of it.

Check in was easy and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. Location is convenient to everything. Wasn’t the cleanest room. Sand was still on the floors, clothing tags from previous renters was still on bedroom floor, medication was on dresser from previous renters was still there. The beach chair rental guys are lazy! They do not keep track of who rents what and people were seated in our chairs on 2 different occasions. The resort itself is very dated and needs alot of repairs. We stayed 7 yrs ago and it was totally different Do not plan on returning to this resort.

We were very pleased with the condo. The layout was perfect to separate the kids from the adults. Stocked with plenty of dishes and bedding. Very spacious. However, the living room couch and love seat could certainly use a deep clean. The marks and stains visible do not give an inviting/relaxing vibe. The dryer did not work. I washed a load of towels and it took me a whole day to dry them. I had to separate them and dry 3 at a time, which still took several hours. One of the drains in the master bath did not function correctly, so my husband and I shared 1 sink. Overall, the issues we had did not compromise our vacation. They were minor inconveniences. A little bit of TLC, and I would be more than happy to rent this same condo again!

Overall we were very happy w/the condo, location & view are fabulous! just a few things that would have made it a little better: had to dry towels/clothes several cycles for them to dry, beds in 2nd bedroom weren’t very comfortable (per our family) and the dishwasher was dead (maintenance came but didn’t get fixed/replaced before end of our stay) so had to hand wash dishes all week. But other than that had great trip!

We have stayed at LBR several times ! Always enjoy it!!!
