GULF FRONT - GREAT VIEWS - Direct Walk Out - Only Steps to Private Beach

Location was just what we wanted. Quiet and convenient. Sorry there was not more than 1 roll of TP for our 3 day stay and also thought the kitchen might at least have S&P. We enjoyed it very much!

Overall a great value for direct beach access. Clear and easy communication from Eric.

The beach was wonderful. Very quiet. The umbrella attendant was super nice and friendly. The shower was fantastic and i really only left to go to the grocery store. It was a great, relaxing week.

We booked this largely due to the extremely easy beach access and that did not disappoint! Quiet-ish beach and ideal location near seagrove and rosemary. Tons of state parks nearby for swimming. Dune lakes and fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

The best stay. Quiet location with the private beach access. Many tourist in the area with the nearby public beach but the private access was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay again. Great communication, perfect description of the condo.

Location was fantastic especially proximity to the beach! Condo furnishings were not so good. Couch and chair in living room were not comfortable and bed wasn’t either. Having no dresser or chest in bedroom made for having to keep clothes in suitcase all week except what could hang in cposet. Recommend updating and providing at lwast one comfortable chair and a mattress topper might help.

We had an excellent experience with this property. The direct access to the beach pier from our patio made coming to and from the beach a breeze. Eric is also very responsive.

My family has stayed in this property before and we’re back. The location is everything, right on the beach. It could use a little updating but it just doesn’t matter because everything else about it is great.

Perfect Location. We absolutely loved our stay. Being able to walk down to the beach was perfect. We also liked that the beach area in front of the units was reserved for guests only. It made it far less crowded and more family friendly. Even though it was a condo, we never heard any of our neighbors and it was full for spring break. Host was awesome, and the unit was exaclty as described. 100% would stay again.

We love this location along 30a. We had excellent communication with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach , flies were troublesome on the beach. Overall a nice stay though. Great location per restaurants,etc.

This condo is perfectly located within 20 minutes of restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. The private beach is just a few steps from the back door and the parking lot is just a few steps from the front door. The location is perfectly quiet at night and the condo itself is just perfect. The owner was lightning fast in answering the few questions I had. We couldn't be happier. We will absolutely be back!

The condo was nice and clean. The beach was perfect for little kids, the water was shallow for a little while so they could play in the waves. Water was crystal clear and sand was powder white.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Great to be able to just walk right out to the beach. Porch was a nice place to relax as well and still enjoy the ocean view. Very clean unit. Kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Chairs/umbrellas were available to rent in front of the unit, but we brought our own chairs and sat at the water's edge each day, and did not experience any issues. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Great place, clean comfortable for 2. Bunk beds in converted hall closet for sleeping- outside the master bedroom. Just an FYI, also Lots of stairs to beach. not an issue for us. Also, beach chair vendors to the left think they own the ocean ond every inch of sand. They dont. It's public from waters edge back 20 feet. Dont let them tell you you cant be there because it's private. It's public. Location was great, but not neighboring property vendors. I would recommend this place but you should be aware of these things. I will go back again. It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves.
