Location, location, location

There were a few special surprise amenities such as Kleenex and quality toilet paper that made it feel like home. The host was very prompt in responding to communication

The view is incredible! Condo has everything you need, maybe best for a couple due to beds (king bed on bedroom with a pullout sofa in living room). Great location!

This property is wonderful! It is well appointed, clean and very tastefully decorated. Of course, being on the Gulf is a must if you are going to invest in going to the beached and this place delivers. Jenna was very considerate and very kind. We will be back and can't wait! Many thanks!!!

Overall the stay was really great. I loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Sadly, they just started doing construction right in front of the property before we arrived. Our tub ended up getting stopped up during our stay, but the maintenance company came and fixed it very efficiently. We also appreciated the fact that the property had beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay. Overall the property was quiet (minus construction going on) and very enjoyable.

Overall very pleasant stay!

Amazing location, amazing space, amazing views, just an overall amazing time! Small hiccup in the beginning of our trip, but our host was so quick to respond and resolve everything. Not to mention, everyone we met staying at the building was so friendly! We definitely plan to return!

The location and place exceeded expectations with a beautiful view and quiet beach.

I stayed here with my 13 yr old daughter as a quick trip to the beach to see family after a volleyball tournament in Orlando. My main focus when looking for a place was something on the beach and this was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The chairs and umbrella were appreciated for the little time we got to spend on the beach.

Great view from balcony. Steps away from.beaches. Cute place. Only complaints is sliding door was extremely hard to close and open Had to get hubby open n close for me And the elevator license almost a year expired. But would go back

Loved our stay here! Great location and great condo!

We had a relaxing staycation. The place was very clean . The only problem was the elevator wasn’t working and staying in the 5th floor it was a workout every day. I had a knee replacement and it was very difficult for me up and down the stairs every day . The owners were very nice and the communication with them is easy.Definitely we will stay again .

The condo is so nice. Love being able to have the dogs with us. Jenna is an amazing host.

great location for some R & R. The condo is clean, and the view is awesome. Did I say the view of the water is awesome? Only suggestion to add more seating to the balcony so that everyone can enjoy the view from morning to night. Only two high top chairs. Great communication with the owner. easy check-in.

Everything was great, beautiful condo, well equipped, comfortable. The information regarding check in was wrong however, it Indicated a Coldwell Banker office open 10 -5 on Saturday, however, that place is no longer the name of the business, and the office was closed. We luckily saw one of their workers outside the door, just closing up at 330ish, who directed us the the area for after hours check in. The company is now Sothebys, so the Indy should be corrected for future renters. In addition, the code for the lobby door wasn’t always functional, and other renters said they had trouble too. Came to find out the next day, the bundle of keys we were given while none of the keys fit any doors, there was a fob that opened the lobby door. Clearer directions would have helped. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!!

Construction going on, not able to rest☹️ to much noise? cement from roof on car,elevator being held by construction crew, forced to take the stairs to the 5th floor, patio door needs to be lubricated.

Perfect cozy 1 bedroom right on the gulf coast. Top floor views perfect for catching sunsets.

Couldn’t ask for more! Breathtaking view of the Gulf, especially at sunset. So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. The condo was very clean which is very important to us. The location is excellent in the quieter part of the island but just minutes to John’s Pass to the South and Clearwater to the North. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in this condo before and each time is amazing !!! Beautiful views , gorgeous sunsets and spacious living area!!
