GULF FRONT! GORGEOUS, TOP FLR, END UNIT - 2/2 w/BALCONY!!

Amentias were second to none, Ease of working with team was wonderful. Fantastic views and comfortable furniture. Condo was recently updated and renovated.

The condo was very clean and provided us with basically everything we needed for our stay. We had the most gorgeous view of the ocean. Michelle was very helpful with any questions I had and very thorough with all the information needed for our stay.

What a beautiful condo in a small building. The beach front view was amazing. The beach was not crowded and we were close to many food options. If you are looking for a clean, well appointed condo, I highly recommend this one!

Enjoyed staying here. Great views of the ocean from inside and outside the condo. It was very easy to spot dolphins swimming by first thing in the morning on the balcony being that high up. Had everything you need for your stay along with an ice maker which was great because we didn’t have to buy bags of ice to put in our cooler for the beach. Will stay here again!

To Michelle (Hostess), thank you for making this condo the perfect choice. For anyone that has dealt with highrise condiminium building's, this condominium complex is simply the best. There are only 11 floors, 2 elevators, 3 units per floor, unloaded 2 vehicles (5 loads) in 15 mins, as I didnt have to wait on an elevator for 15 mins. The pool is private and you are able to setup your beach stuff near the waters edge and not have to contend with hundreds of people. As for the condo, it has everything that you need for a home away from home. In this particular condo, the master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and the balcony covers the entire width of the condo. The title says it all, Beaching ain't easy, but this place makes it easy. We look forward to our next beach trip back to Orange Beach and we will reseve this condo.

I cannot stress enough how awesome this condo is!! The interior is gorgeous and the view from the huge balcony is breathtaking. The condo is stocked with everything you need for your home away from home. I have already made this property a favorite and plan on going back as soon as we get a chance!!

The condo was excellent - clean, well stocked, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach was awesome, of course. This condo is near everything so you’ll have plenty to do. Michelle was a great hostess and we can see ourselves coming back.

This property was perfect. My husband & I came down for Thanksgiving. Very nice condo. It is well stocked. Communicating with Michelle was great. The location is great. Quiet. I would highly recommend this property. We would love to come back.

Stay was very nice

My husband and I brought our daughter for a State Soccer Tournament and also wanted to enjoy the beach. The Perdido Quay 1103 was newly renovated inside and out. Lots of seating in Living area. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked but we didn't cook while there. Large balcony with outdoor eating area. We hope to return soon to enjoy this beautiful condo. The rental manager (Michelle) was so helpful answering questions and great suggestions for eating and entertainment.

This condo was clean and beautiful! The kitchen has everything, and is very spacious. The furnishings were well done and comfortable. The balcony is large and the view was awesome. We checked in and Michelle checked with us to ensure we needed nothing. I love this place and hope to stay there again. If you use vacation rentals you know that most don’t leave enough toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods, or paper towels, there were plenty here, thank you. This is the best VRBO we have visited.

The title of the review says it all - the location is perfect, the condo is beautiful and clean, and Michelle was wonderful to work with. We visit Orange Beach every year, and this is by far our favorite spot.

So glad I found this condo for my family of 3! The location was perfect and I loved being right on the beach with the private walkway and private pool. Quiet and clean little condom community and communication with the host was super easy! We will definitely be back ?

Rooms were large and not cramped. Beautifully decorated. Not over crowded at beach.

We loved staying here. Views were so beautiful and steps from the beach. The condo was clean. Working with Michelle was easy. She always responded quickly and provided all info for checking in to leaving. Plus she provided a list of restaurants and grocery stores. Thanks Michelle!

This place exceeded our expectations. We were suppose to be a group of 2 couples, but ended up being just my partner and I, the space could easily accommodate a few extra people without compromising space. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and even had a lidded cup for my beach cocktail (I forgot mine at home) The view was perfect from every angle, the space was private, and the beach never over crowded. We had a mishap with our umbrella situation, but a rental was easy, they had us set up with a quick call before we even got to the beach! Both bathrooms were spacious, we really loved the shower in the master bedroom. Everything was amazing and our host gave us so much hospitality! Great communication through the entire trip! We will absolutely be staying there again!!
