Stayed Oct 10, 2020The Condo was right on the beach, which was Wonderful! My grandchildren really enjoyed the free wifi! The condo was very comfortable and up to date. Our trip was too short this time, but hopefully next year we will stay longer. The Condo owner, Daniel was great to work with! I recommend this condo!

Stayed Mar 31, 2024This condo unit sits right next to the beach access for Biltmore Beach. The people coming and going are all families and the proximity to the beach access didn’t interrupt our enjoyment of the unit at all but it is something to note as the balcony does sit within a few feet of the access. The unit itself was clean (kitchen utensils, floors, bathroom, etc) but in need of updates (bedding, decor). We felt that the price is perfectly appropriate for the unit. We enjoyed the location- not in the thick of the touristy part of the beach but very close to all the amenities. We really appreciated the quick checkin and checkout procedures. We were even notified that our unit was ready for an early checkin although we couldn’t take advantage of the offer unfortunately. We would love to stay here again when we return to Panama City Beach!

Stayed Sep 30, 2023The condo was well appointed and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! The first floor location was very convenient to the beach. The bed linens could use some updating, the sheets had knots on them. I flipped the sheet over and it was better. I would definitely rent this condo again;)
