Gulf-front condo w. luxury resort amenities, beach access

Condo was great, exactly how it was pictured. Clean and beautiful views. Easy communication and thorough instructions.

Loved the view and the condo. Only complaint I have is the baby was covered in dirt crawling on the floor. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job cleaning the floors for renters who have little ones.

The condo was just as listed. The updates are beautiful. I gave this four stars because there was a check in miscommunication. Also, it’s very inconvenient to have to pick up the keys in Gulf Shores.

Lovely comfortable condo

Had to leave early due to a medical emergency which was not the property nor property managemen's fault. As a result of my emergency exit I left 5 brand-new Polo Ralph Lauren outfits in the dresser drawer in the master bedroom, informed management and was told they didn't find them in the condo. Realistically speaking, since the shirts still had the tags on them i thoughts it doubtful they would've been returned but was hoping for the best.im just upset because if i would've mistakenly taken some of their property they would've made sure i returned it or charged me fo it!

Good, wish I had known about construction on the Lazy River before I booked

The condo is large and sleeps 8 in beds. Dishwasher, oven and microwave did not work. Condo faces the road so there is lots of noise. Pretty view of the Gulf though.

We spent spring break here. Checking in was an annoying process going from one building to another (and not getting a reply on here until the next day about checking in.) However, the resort staff was so nice and got us in the room. Everything was just as pictured and more. Very tastefully done and clean. The layout is great with our two adults and six children. So many great amenities and loved the gift shop lady! Would definitely stay again. 4 stars only because the check in was such a pain after driving 13 straight hours. It just seems harder than it should be on renters.

Check in I was sent to the wrong lock box took over 2 hours to get my keys and had to drive over an hour back and forth. Dryer was not in working order before we arrived could not clean towels or clothes. Oven door would not stay shut, when they came to repair the glass shattered and door had to be replaced. Ice maker would not turn off so Ice in freezer over flowed. Door lock on unit would jam in the locked position so it would not close until you pulled down the handle from inside to reset it. The toilet paper holder in master was falling off the wall. Coffee maker would over flow and would not allow you to pour a cup until it finished Brewing allowing grinds to get into the carafe. Only given 2 keys for a unit that sleeps 10. Not the way we wanted to spend our vacation.
