Gulf-Front Condo Steps to the Beach with Bunk Room & Resort Amenities Sleeps 6!

Aqua is a very nice resort. However this unit needs some attention. The master bedroom dresser is in bad shape. The carpet is fraying in places. The bed was not real comfortable. The bedroom door was missing paint. We had to access internet from the unit next door. And the dryer is extremely loud! We notified the host about these items and they offered to send maintenance to take care of things, but we didn’t want the interruption, so asked them to wait until we checked out. None of these things ruined our vacation, but we expected better.

It was great! I think the only things we had problem with was the wifi! Couldn’t get it to connect on either one of our phones so didn’t have much service but it was a great trip and great place to stay. We plan on returning!

The unit was exactly what is pictured. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the pools and hot tub areas were very pleasing. Most of all.. The view was amazing.. You can watch some of the best sunsets. There are a variety of restaurants, activities and stores in the vicinity of this unit as well. I would definitely recommend making this your next home away from home vacation spot.

It was a perfect spot for a family vacation—we had a great time overall! Just a few minor hiccups like the kitchen light falling down, the access code not working on the second day, and a surprise fire alarm. But none of that took away from the fun we had!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect—close to everything with so many fun activities and fantastic restaurants just minutes away. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, and the hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive, making communication easy and pleasant. Highly recommend! We certainly plan to book this condo again.

Overall the property is exactly how it is listed and however they need to update the furniture specifically the sofa and bed. Also the kitchen supplies is limited barely had drinking glassware. Also the door code wasn’t working and we tried to call management and they were delayed in answering.

It was a great unit for the price. Important thing to note it does not come with beach chairs and if you are familiar with the resort and expecting it you could be disappointed. I knew from the start cause I combed through the listing. But the price matched the experience.

Location was perfect on the strip. Check in was a pain and codes given were incorrect due the property changing them every so often for security purposes. It was upsetting that the unit did not come with much including beach chairs or umbrella or toys to choose from. Also, there was an extreme shortage on towels and bath cloths for our family. They only provide 1-2 towels and rags for a 4-day stay. The hotel elevators do not have any Air conditioning. The patio was an ok size with a decent view however not sure that rocking chairs are the best option for a relaxing for a beach stay. Overall unit needs some upgrades and hotel is a bit overrated. Pillow cases had stains on them too and were deflated and small. Only 2 were on the queen bed.

It is beautiful with great views of the beach. The room decor was beautiful and we had no issues with anything. It was the perfect getaway place.
