Sterling Breeze offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including a hot tub, a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), a gym, and direct access to the white sand beach. Also on the grounds is a snack bar/grill that serves delicious food and beverages. You'll be a half-mile stroll from Pier Park, where you'll find theme-park-style attractions, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The condo is also only one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

    I enjoyed our stay! I will definitely book there again. The only downfall was that the elevators were really slow, and had to wait a long time.

    The unit was amazing. The property was pretty cool, but it is not ADA compliant. That was a struggle for us while we were there access to the ocean was stairs that made it very difficult for my husband to make it to the beach.

    We had a fantastic time at the Sterling Breeze. The condo was clean and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have decided we like the location as it's passed Pier Park and a little bit quieter than our previous accommodations. The staff was impeccable and the amenities were well taken care of. The hot tub is quite large and the general design was especially comfortable. The same could be said for the pool. Thank you for letting us enjoy this location.

    Multiple areas of water damage. Sink in the master bathroom broke after unpacking toiletries. Could not open the drawers because of this and belongings were stuck. Notified support team at 12:09AM on Tuesday. Someone came that morning to fix a leak in the drain. There was no leak. Miscommunication between staff. Said they’d have someone else come fix the sink. Did not hear from anyone. I reached back out to them at 4PM on Thursday and we were checking out the next morning at 10AM. They stated reports were made on the issue (8 of them) but no one had any resolution to the problem. Someone finally came at 10AM the day and time we needed to check out. Very frustrating! The pool also had a broken heater and was cold. Not happy with this experience.

    The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me. I was disappointed that there was no shelf in the shower in the master bedroom for shampoo/conditioner/soap. Also, no safety bars in the shower. Water pressure is very low also.

    This condo has a great location right by Pier Park. Super clean upon arrival. We had a great stay. My only complaint would be the sofa in the living room. It sat comfortably but could use a good professional cleaning. It looked as if it had quite a few spills in the past. No big deal though, we just covered it with a blanket…problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

    This is an adorable 1 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms and a set of bunk beds along the wall which we didn't use. The view of the balcony is beautiful. Unfortunately, this condo has been well used and needs a deep clean. The bedroom sheets and quilt were clean, but the lamps and windowsills were very dusty and dirty. The kitchen stovetop was greasy and had not been cleaned. The washing machine was a bonus, but when we did our first load it came out full of sand. We rinsed out the machine and ran the load again and it was fine. The living room furniture had definitely had some use and looks dirty. This unit just needs some upkeep and a good cleaning and it would be a great place to stay.
