With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. Benchmark was great, as always, and we will rent with them again!

Also there were obviously some glasses and dishes missing and no pizza pan.

This was our second trip and won't be our last. Beautiful view and beach. We just love it.

There was an issue with a water leak being repaired when we arrived so a hole was in the wall all week. The only negative is the couch is dirty and very uncomfortable needs updating.

The dead bolt on the lock sometimes sticks and needs to be corrected; this makes it hard to get in sometimes. The shower curtain rod almost fell down and the curtain rod in the living room did come loose.

We had a few bumps this year, but it didn’t ruin our vacation and benchmark eventually took care of things. We expect the next year to be better than ever.
