Ocean Side 303 is a Two bedroom, 2 bath, Gulf front updated condominium that was built in 2004 and offers an amazing view of Indian Rocks Beach. It is also on the scale of smaller buildings compared to other complexes within the area which makes it perfect for those wanting a vacation without overpopulation. However, keep in mind that this building is a stick building and noisedoes transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 303 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area by foot to check out all the local restaurants within the area. Guests can even walk to the Plumlee office during the weekdays and take our FREE beach bikes to explore the local beaches such as Indian Shores and Belleair Beach. This unit has a King in the master and two Queens in the second bedroom. This unit has a 42 Plasma wall TV in the living room and a 32 in the master bedroom, along with a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen available for guest's use inside the condo. If the kitchen is missing anything you need, you can call Plumlee and we will have the items delivered (some expectations). This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer, dryer, and WIFI for guests' use. The property is well kept by the property managers and offers a heated swimming pool for guests' use until dusk.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
