Stayed Jan 31, 2026Wayne was a great host. Provided everything we needed. King sized bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, including spices, etc. There were beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella-everything you need to spend time at the beach-which was fantastic. Definitely 5 stars.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Wayne's beautiful appartment! It was well equipped and even came with a beach umbrella, some sand toys, books etc for kids. Wayne was very welcoming and communicative, and I would highly recomment anyone looking for a beach vacation to stay here

Stayed Sep 20, 2025Can't beat the views and ease of access to the beach. Keep in mind that this area is still rebuilding from hurricane Helene. I wish we could have seen the area before all of the destruction caused by the storm. Thank you Wayne for the hospitality.

Stayed Sep 3, 2023The condo it’s beautiful, and up to date. The owner is wonderful, he come over to introduce himself upon arrival and made it clear he was always available if needed. Me, my husband and two children had a beautiful vacation and plan to return next year!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Wayne cares about his renters. The condo was very clean, nicely styled, and comfy. Wayne checked on us on the day we were to arrive which unfortunately was later than planned due to construction. He also made himself available for any concerns or questions. Prior to departure, he checked in on us to make sure we knew departure procedures. If we return to this area of Florida, we hope to keep him in mind for a return visit. And did I say it was close to the beach. Just across the parking lot and you reach sand. The condo had all the necessities:chairs for beach, chairs for balcony, beach towels, beach wagon...all provided for use.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022Everything about our trip was perfect. Wayne and Josie was very caring and attentive hosts. They made sure the process was easy. They followed up with me on check in to make sure the condo hit all expectations. The condo was comfortable, convenient, and cute! It’s well taken care of and clean! We were right on the beach. The condo is close to everything. Fabulous restaurants and shopping all within biking distance and some walking. We frequently went down to St Pete Beach area too. Loved this place and we will be coming back!
