Stayed Dec 27, 2024The condo itself was great. The only thing not provided were trash bags which would have been nice. The property is under construction due to hurricanes which is to be expected but I would have liked an email prior to check in telling me what is open and what is shut down. I had to call office to have the check in information sent to me but once I had it the process was very easy. The parking situation is a nice perk to the place. Most places don’t give you options for extra parking so we appreciated it!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We had a wonderful time at the condo ! This is perfect for a family . A slower pace then Clearwater beaches , several walkable restaurants , ice cream shops and coffee shops . The pool , beach access and corn hole area was fantastic

Stayed Jul 17, 2023This property is even better than the photos portrayed . The apartment was modern , bright , big , and super clean . View was amazing . The grounds of the property were very well maintained .Short walk to a beautiful beach and short drive to excellent restaurants . We would not hesitate to stay in this unit in the future .
