I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Walk, the location was great, beach was awesome. The condo units kitchen, living room and deck were very nice. The two bathrooms and bedroom were outdated and in poor condition, most of the dresser drawers were broken, bedding was old, walls and baseboards were banged up, the guest bathroom shower door was missing and replaced with a basic show curtain. Would rent again at the Pelican Walk but not this condo.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023It was a very nice property. I loved that they include a free umbrella and chairs. The couch is dips a lot and could be replaced but other than that the place was wonderful. We will be back.
