Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Walk, the location was great, beach was awesome. The condo units kitchen, living room and deck were very nice. The two bathrooms and bedroom were outdated and in poor condition, most of the dresser drawers were broken, bedding was old, walls and baseboards were banged up, the guest bathroom shower door was missing and replaced with a basic show curtain. Would rent again at the Pelican Walk but not this condo.
