Gulf Front Beach Access -Silver Beach Towers 1003E ~ Destin ~ Sleeps 8

This is a great unit and would have gotten excellent except the drapes were really dirty around bottom and looked like spilled food or possibly vomit. The TV in the master BR kept asking for us to do updates with the provider which we could not do and was annoying to try and watch TV in there. The Television in the Bedroom with the twin bed did not work at all! Called the first full day were there to get it fixed and no one ever showed up nor did host call us back. This was problem as our Grandson is used to watching certain wind down shows prior to bedtime.

Much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Overall the room was fine. Mats in the master bath were very dirty and stained. The properties amenities were excellent.

Amazing location and spectacular views!

The host was very professional, check in and out very easy. Of all the places we have stayed this by far is our favorite.. Very clean, had everything we needed, close to restaurants, most valuable was the view and the sound of the ocean. Loved spending this with our adult children here. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Everything was great from decor to that awesome view One suggestion the toilet could be a little higher in master and guest rooms. But overall I was very satisfied

Beautiful view, living area and kitchen much smaller than pictured. Not even a salt and pepper, coffee filer etc. in the kitchen. Hated having to get keys off site and using a key fob for all doors. I get it’s for safety but having it all on a wrist band would be so much easier. Plus had to remember the six digit code for the door. Beds were comfortable but the couch and chairs in living room were dirty and worn out, not comfortable at all. Also the beach requires you to rent their chairs at 60 a set of two, per day and the unit doesn’t provide beach towels either. I won’t stay at Silver Beach Towers again, I’d rather try a newer place.

The condo is in a great location, and the views were amazing. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Clean property. The view was phenomenal. Pool was clean. The owner was great when we communicated. We would definitely come back to this exact condo in the future.

There were seven women, all sisters and cousins. We absolutely LOVED this condo. The view was perfect and we had everything we needed in the condo. The pool area was very nice as well. We had a perfect and well deserved, cousins vacation!

The check in was not what I expected. I didn’t feel safe having to go to off site office for keys. The facility was good. However; the facility would really be great if you had screened doors so the doors could remain open at night.

The 80's decor needs updating. Wifi was HORRIBLE!!! There's no passcode, so no doubt others are poaching it. You will be in a bind if you have to do any form of remote work; which is what we encountered. Hot water takes a over 4 minutes to reach showers/tub in master bathroom, yes, I timed it. The dining chairs sag. The patio door is very hard to open, could benefit from lubrication. The bedroom close to the kitchen has a very noisy/wobble ceiling fan.

First time staying at Silver Beach Towers. The ice maker in refrigerator didn’t work…no ice all week. Reported it to Emerald Coast but nothing was done about it the entire time we were there. Check in process was good.

Our family enjoyed our stay! We will return!

I realize over time condo's will need work, the front door needs work and the ring doorbell probably should go, makes people uncomfortable. The elevator messed up one day, it would not move for a long period of time. Had to walk up 10 flights of stairs, and my husbands lungs are not in good shape from covid. Other than that it was good. Has the best balcony and liked the showers.

We enjoyed our stay, fabulous location and we loved the units floor plan and spacious balcony. The property itself was immaculate! We did have issues checking in and the rental company called after hours to assist us upon check in, it wasn't very clear. Also the ice machine, alhtogh working, ran rather slow in making ice so we had to go purchase ice every other day during our stay. The property listed a gym but there wasn't one on site. We enjoyed our stay at the Silver Beach!

Property was clean and nice. Great location. Check in was a little complicating and it took us longer than we liked to enter into the property and knowing which floor we were staying on. Overall it was a good weekend.
