If you are looking for a relaxing get away located directly on an uncrowded stretch of white sand beach, your search is over! Sand in My Shoes offers gorgeous gulf views, fabulous accommodations and the perfect location on 30A! This newly renovated three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse sleeps 10 comfortably and is less than 50 yards from the door to the beach! Situated on the west end of five attached gulf front units, Sand in My Shoes offers gorgeous ocean views and breathtaking sunsets offtwo balconies directly overlooking the Gulf. This also makes it the closest unit to the private gated beach access stairs. There is one reserved spot directly in front of the unit with additional parking on site.

You'll enter through the two story, open foyer where you will find a storage area for beach gear. Up 2 short flights of stairs you'll enter the main floor living area.

Enjoy the modern updates in 5B. The main floor consists of an updated half bath and large well-appointed kitchen with new tile backsplash, new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling white cabinets, new island with seating for four, and a beautiful live edge wood table that seats 6. In addition, new flooring was added throughout the main floor. The family room has a large LED TV, surround sound, DVD player, Bose Wave System, games, puzzles, books, DVDs and of course free Wi-Fi. The entire south wall is glass sliding doors allowing amazing views of the beach and ocean.

The 2nd floor contains a large beach-side master suite with a king bed and updated bathroom with dual sinks and large tile shower. Both have fantastic ocean views through the wall of glass sliders opening to the large balcony. The 2nd floor balcony has 2 reclining chairs with ottomans to relax while taking in the sights, sounds and feel of panoramic ocean views from Panama City Beach in the east to Destin in the west. This floor also contains another large bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached updated bathroom. This 2nd bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool with an ocean view to the west. Both bedrooms have large closets and flat screen TVs. Laundry is located on the 2nd floor.

The 3rd floor bedroom/loft has 3 custom built-in twin extra-long beds with an additional twin trundle and built-in cabinet. Each bed has its own reading light and electrical outlet with two USB ports for charging all your devices. The loft includes a TV and DVD player.

Sand in My Shoes is ideally located directly on a quieter stretch of 30A's world renowned beaches, away from all the crowds while only about a mile to the center of Seaside. Seaside and WaterColor are just short bike rides away. Centrally located in Seagrove, it gives you access to nature trails, biking and jogging paths, water sports, great dining and shopping.

There are 10 restaurants less than a mile from Sand in My Shoes including Cafe Thirty-A, Surfing Deer, Seagrove Market Cafe, The Perfect Pig and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta.     Enjoyed 5 perfect days …the property was exactly as described. Highly recommend the unit. Would stay there again. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach chairs toys etc. kitchen had all the amenities. Only suggestion would be that unit should provide coffee filters. View was amazing. Unit was updated and spacious.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Clean, perfect location, and beautiful. Unfortunately while we were out for breakfast, two people showed up to do maintenance at the condo and we were not informed ahead of time nor did Benchmark know who those people were when we contacted them. So we came home to strangers in our place and Benchmark didn’t know. They did give us one nights credit but we were there a day and a half and he spent part of that time watching our stuff while the strangers did maintenance. We appreciated Benchmark responding but due to safety concerns, we won’t stay with them again

    We loved our stay - the property was beautiful and close to the beach. Very clean and the beds were comfortable - the porch was lovely. Only concern was the wifi - if you need to work while you’re there I would suggest a mobile hot spot - otherwise a fantastic place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 5B was great for us! We had the best access to the beach and 2 balconies with seating and gorgeous views of the gulf. Nice large kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils to have meals at the condo. The property was clean and there were 6 of us staying there. Our sons are tall, 6'2 and 6'4 but both slept in the xl twin room and had enough space to sleep comfortably. Our bed was very comfortable also, and we had plenty of towels. The amenities exceeded my expectations because there were beach chairs that we hadn't expected! We would recommend this condo.

The condo was very nice as was the beach, but the construction going on was very awful. We were told we would hear back about our concerns and never have.     Plenty of room for 6 adults to comfortably stay and had hoped to have 8 but 2 were unable to join us. Clean, well maintained and perfect for us. We did have a slight problem with Master Bath having an unpleasant odor after showers but solved the dilemma by running fan and closing bathroom door. Kitchen is well stocked with a double oven, nice sized fridge and plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths. Bring your own beach towels and take them up on beach chair rentals, the company they suggest is also wonderful. The management was prompt and responsive when we let them know about the odor. And you cannot beat the views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dune Villa 5A. Absolutely a Magnificent view and location. We had a few issues that really did not affect our wonderful Month stay. The Plugs did not work in either upastairs Bath, I don't use a Hair Dryer , my wife does. We called on 02/02, a man came out and said he did not know how to fix Breaker 13 Benchmark said an Eletrician would be forthcoming. This never happened...... We also mentioned on 02/02 that Ants were on the Kitchen Counter, the Exterminator was prompt. 2 weeks later the Ants were back. The Front Left Burner on the Stove did not work and the Front Right did not heat evenly. The Floor in the 1/2 bath definitely needed to be cleaned, i took care of this. DV 5A is Magnificent at our ages the steps were a bit much this trip. We reserved Beachside #1 for 2024.Many Thanks, Scott and Michele DeCleene

The artwork is falling of the wall.The ceiling in the living area has mildew or mold around the air vents.The appliances in the kitchen all have rust stains on the outside of them.Stuff is jammed packed in the lower cabinets comes across as unorganized and junkyDishwasher doesn't work with pods we washed things twice I ended up hand washing most of the time.Air conditioner works but not the best still had to use floor fans to keep the air moving and cool. Air conditioner leaked to the bottom unit.We never called Benchmark about concerns we didn't want to deal with maintenance issues on our vacation. Housekeeping should be informing about these kinds of issues. 5b needs a deep cleaning needs paint touch ups throughout new bathrooms and tlc it's starting to show its wear and tear.

    The location was great. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. The A/C was not sufficient in the second bedroom and the loft. Fans and a portable A/C provided cooling and air flow to make those rooms comfortable. Adults, watch your heads in the loft. Suggestion - move the bike rack so that 5B guests can back their car out of the parking space. Overall, it was great. The credit for beach gear was nice. The company said that we had only $20 for each day of a 7 day stay, tho our rental agreement said we had $245. Somehow I was charged about $13 for running over my credit, tho I did not. We searched for a full day for the things we had arranged to be delivered bc we were not told where they would be and then were given the wrong info. Despite the confusion on amount and drop spot, the credit was a nice bonus.
