Very mice stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was extremely beautiful and clean.The view from the balcony and windows were breathtaking. We’ve stayed in other condos in pcb before but this one has been the best.

Our stay was great there. The property was clean and as described. The views were amazing. Only negatives were there was only 1 elevator working during our week long stay and the security guard there is overbearing and policed our every move as if we shouldn’t be there.

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Our family really enjoyed having two master suites. My only complaint would be the wait time for the elevators. It was very frustrating to wait 20-30 minutes each time we left our condo.

We had a wonderful weekend. The unit was impeccable and the owners go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The Sterling Reef Condo check-in and check-out easy. The Condo 1207 was clean based on the wear and tear from usage. The Kitchen, first bedroom upon entering and the bathroom had mold. The front load washer and dryer were modern convni, but the washer has mold on the rubber seal. All and all it was okay condo for the amount of time we spent in it.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean and the views are spectacular, especially sunsets.

It's hard to find a condo with two masters and this one was great! Great seating in the living room too. The kitchen was a little cramped, but had everything you need. We didn't cook anyway so it didn't matter. The mattresses need updating, but the furniture was very noce

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s still our favorite. There are some new updates - master bath, kitchen, bedrooms, and furniture throughout. The new master shower was great! The property is well maintained, parking was easy, quick beach access, and lovely views. It definitely feels like home away from home. I look forward to returning again!

There was no check in… Just park, go to your room and there you go. Easy! The Condo was better than described! It was clean and very comforting! With it being a large corner unit it was very private with amazing views! My family and I have been to Panama City Beach every year since 2015 and I have to say this was the best cleanest condo we’ve had yet! Very Pleased!!!

Perfect location and clean..

the whole place had been remodeled, new furniture and all. lovely place. especially loved that there were ocean views and outside space from 2 bedrooms

The condo was in a great location to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay—just 3-10 minutes. My family and I did enjoy this location overall! A few things were that the outer frame of water/ice dispenser on the freezer side of the refrigerator fell off unless very gently handled. The frame was already broken at the bottom so it essentially had nothing to hold it up. The drawer with the silverware was broken on the left side which appeared to be previously fixed but maybe the glue finally gave way. The stackable washer and dryer were very convenient being in the unit but being a front loader, the washer had mold in the rubber gasket. Mold isn’t great to start, but I am allergic and I had a minor allergic reaction after washing clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving but several items still had the sticker on the bottom of the cookware and were unusable as I was afraid the adhesive would be an issue on the stovetop or oven. The dishwasher didn’t appear to be fully inserted into the cabinet as the padding was visible on the right side, so we did not use it. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! The hot water kept up with 3 showers going at the same time and we didn’t have to plan around 4 people taking showers and getting ready before going out to eat. The views were amazing and great view of the sunset every night overlooking the pier. Having the beach service included was great as well!

We had a great time and the condo was very nice and spacious. The parking was easy and always can find a spot. The only complaint is the elevators had long wait times. That is expected but was extreme a few times.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo perfect for my family. Convenient to all restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great space for the perfect vacation!

We had five adults stay here and we didn’t have any problems at all. View was spectacular! Balcony was great, living room was very comfortable, bathrooms were all very nice, hot water, cold AC. We did Zoo World, Gulf World, escape room, axe throwing, mini golf, shopping and lots of different types of restaurants all within a 20 minute drive and several within a 5 minute drive. 12th floor so had some minor elevator waits going down but not excessive. We would visit here again.
