The room is spacious and had great access to Sea N Suds which is our favorite place to eat.

This condo was beautiful, great view of the beach and well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal for my family. Jason responded very quickly and took care of all of our requests and/or repairs more quickly than anticipated. Would stay here again.

Jason is an outstanding host very responsive to all communication whether it be text, email or phone call. The kitchen has every appliance you could ask for or ever need. The master headroom and closet are very spacious and with a direct walk out to a balcony overlooking the beach. Very nice patio furniture. I’m a sports fan so the tv was a big plus found every game I wanted to watch and if you have an Amazon or Netflix account it was easy to log onto. A little side note Suncoast rental company ran the beach chair rental business and their staff went out of there way to be accommodating which added to the over all experience. A very friendly town. Looking forward to returning there many more times.

Great property. Clean and close to everything. Next door to Sea and Suds. Our favorite place for fried crab claws and Bushwackers. Elevators fast. Covered parking tight but plentiful. Also has uncovered parking in garage and in parking lot for larger vehicles. Owner very responsive. Great 5 days would definitely book again.

The building is old, outdated, run down and only 2 elevators for 19 floors. You will be waiting constantly for an elevator. The condo itself was filthy, hair in sinks so they don’t drain, hair in bathtubs, floor was dirty. The towels smelled like fish and there were very few towels so we were constantly to wash to have enough. The unit says it sleeps 8 but there were not towels or extra bedding to accommodate 8 guests. The couch makes into a bed but there were no extra sheets or pillow cases. The host was great, he communicated well and was easy to work with. My disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the unit.

Jason is the best host I have ever had at the Gulf. I’ve been going for over 45 years. He goes above and beyond to make your stay what it should be. Quick to respond. He has such an excellent way of helping his guest. Communication is spot on. Thank you so much for a 10 out of 10 stay!!!

Wonderful condo with beautiful views of the gulf. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Lots of amenities for our use. No surprises as we've book and stayed in this unit several times. Location to lots of places to eat is wonderful; and lots are within walking distance! Owner is easy to reach if you ever encounter any issues. Will definitely book with them again!
