Stayed Oct 11, 2025The major problem was the construction, it wasn't normal construction, it sounded like they were taking a jack hammer to the side of the building from 8:25am to 4:30 pm every day. I was told my unit wouldn't be affected, they also covered up the window in the master bedroom.

Stayed Mar 7, 2020Covid shut down most of the activities we planned for. But the two-week stay was excellent given two weeks of perfect weather and a unit that was all we had hoped for.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The views from throughout the condo was spectacular. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is steps away. We loved the beach area. It is not very crowded. The owners were very responsive to a slight electrical problem. There was an electrician fixing the outlet the next day. Fantastic. We will be back.

Stayed Jun 1, 2019We stayed in 908 for the second time. Awesome experience. Breathtaking view and comfortable condo. People have complained about having to need a key to go to places like the pool and beach, honestly not a big deal. It adds an extra layer of protection (especially if you have kids). See you all next year =)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The apartment is clearly well used (a good sign of course) and this is what we wanted; something with a bit of soul and character and not just a typical/functional hotel room. Although we mainly dined out the kitchen facilities were very good compared to previous places we have stopped in IRB, so those looking to self cater need not worry. One area improvement could be a new a new iron as seemed a wee bit small and lacking a bit of umph when doing a couple of stints of ironing! Both bedrooms were very spacious, well decorated and most importantly comfy beds! Likewise the bathrooms were of a good standard. From mine and my wifes view the glass sliding doors on the shower were hard work and we both regularly struggled with them (trapping our fingers a couple of comedy moments!) but this might just be because we aren't used to them per sé. Also the right sink in the main bathroom had a crack in it but this did not appear to be leaking below and assume had been reported prior to these comments? The living area was also excellent and the sofas and arm chairs were very comfy indeed! The added bonus of Netflix to the TV scheduling was a god send great for our 2 year old to watch some of his favorite titles! Finally, the balcony/viewing area was extremely spectacular and is very much the jewel in the crown here. We already knew that the view was excellent but from a 9th floor vantage point will live with us forever, thank you. Thanks again for the prompt action on the food waste disposal, much obliged. Stayed Aug 4, 2018Overall building and amenities are well maintained for a 35+ year old building. 3rd time we rent the same unit in 3 years 2015-2018 and while it is spacious and well maintained we noticed that it's getting a bit tired Normal as this place is probably rented year around. A new patio set on the balcony would be welcome. The chairs are old and wably and the cushion on the long chair was really filthy, we couldn't convince ourselves to use it.
