Gulf Crest 205 Stunning Gulf Views Huge Balcony

This was our first time staying at Gulf Crest and Bob made sure everything was perfect. He stayed in touch with us, the condo was clean and everything was in working order. Being on the second floor was a plus because we had a great view but still close to the ground floor. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Gulf Crest 205 for a long weekend in February. The unit is spacious, the second-floor location offers great beach and pool views, and the large balcony is a highlight. The kitchen is updated, WiFi and TVs worked well, and the layout is functional for families.That said, there were several concerns. When we arrived, there was a strong musty/mildew odor. It improved after airing out the unit, but the smell had permeated the linens. Combined with the laundry situation (noted below), we felt it was necessary to rewash bedding and towels before using them.There was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen, which made hand washing difficult until we went to the store. Each bathroom had a nearly empty roll of TP with no backup rolls. The owner apologized and said this was a cleaner oversight, but it could have been an issue if not caught immediately.Both bathtubs also needed a more thorough cleaning.Although the listing advertises in-unit laundry, the dryer was full of sheets and towels when we arrived, and the washer was set to an “express wash” cycle, which raised concerns about whether linens were being washed on an adequate cycle between guests. No detergent was provided (not necessarily expected), but together this made us question the thoroughness of the turnover process.The hosts were polite and responsive. With more consistent cleaning and stocking of basic essentials, this could easily be a five-star stay.

Fabulous property! Condo was immaculate, comfortable, all the amenities of home with an extremely large patio overlooking two large pools.

Location was excellent, only downside was the ironman competition, minor inconvenience. Property was clean and we'll kept. 2 jacuzzi's, 2 pools - 1 heated. Bob and Patti , the hosts we're excellent. Very detailed with check in/out instructions. Will definitely stay there again!

Had a great stay over all very clean and nice. Had a little hiccup but the host was quick to solve it very nice people to deal with... Would definitely stay again...

FIVE STAR!!! Our recent stay at this beachfront condo in Panama City Beach was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home the moment I walked in. The breathtaking ocean views from the condo were simply stunning, and being just steps away from the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf at any time of the day. The oversized balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite spot to hangout and enjoy the awesome Florida breeze. The condo was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and modern amenities. The owners were also top-notch, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable experience. I can't say enough good things about this beachfront condo. If you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Panama City Beach, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return for another visit in the future!
