Stayed Jul 4, 2025We really enjoyed our stay on the beach, not only was the condo super clean, but the location is great! We spent time on the beach and could drive into Tampa for dinner. Would stay here again!!!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is absolutely amazing. It is so clean, right on the beach (corner), but you can see it from the balcony. We've been coming back for years. Everything you could possibly need is available in the rental. It is a quiet perfect spot for rest and relaxation. The rental company is top notch, and so easy to work with!

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Overall great experience. The Condo was very clean and fully stocked with dishes and spices. The storage locker had floats, a canopy, umbrellas, lots of beach chairs and beach toys. The only problems we the four flights of stairs, not good for the elderly with mobility issues . We also jad a neighbor complain because for one day for about 10 minutes our 2 year old ran around excitedley.

Probably a couple of upgrades to a nice vanity instead of outdated sinks and king beds to replace the queen beds would give it a big wow especially that the property has been well invested in.

Well stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans and small appliances you would ever need while staying. 2 nd floor so there are some steps as there is no elevator.

Stayed Jan 13, 2024Condo is very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, etc. Conveniently located within walking distance to 7 restaurants, coffee shops, CVS drugstore, beach shops. Trolley stop right in front of condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only caveat is no elevator and condo is on top floor, so may not be suitable for those with physical limitations.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Condo was clean and as described, well appointed, especially the kitchen. The stairs were a bit difficult to navigate, not a problem for the young and physically fit. Location was a bit noisy -close to the road/traffic. If you're into shelling, this beach didn't have much really. Not too far from Passe a Grille though which is a great area to shell.
