The lobby and all common areas are secure via key fob or pin-pad access control. An assigned covered parking spot and ample guest parking are also available.

Right across the street, you'll find local restaurants, small beach bars, a marina, and a community center with a splash pad, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts.

Your stay is also a short drive from downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, two international airports, concert venues, stadiums, amusement parks, zoos, and many other renowned Tampa vacation attractions.

For the safety and security of our guests and our property, we have an exterior security camera at the front door (Ring doorbell) which has audio and video recording capabilities. There are no security cameras inside the property.
