This was a very nice accommodation for our group. The unit was nicely equipped and furnished, beds were comfortable and our host was proactive in communicating with us and quick to respond for the few questions we had. Excellent location too, convenient to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Guadalupe River Roost! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and comfy living area. The host, James, was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. We plan to make this trip annual and what love to stay again!

The property was well located near all local attraction. The property is well kept and pffers all that is needed for a family stay. The owner,James was also incredibly kind and communication was always prompt. Will definitely be back.

Be sure to take advantage of the large patio; we enjoyed breakfast each morning out there. There are two great swimming pools. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Everything was nice except the weather. Lacation was good, but did not expect it to be that many units. Some of the other guest were a little too loud.

Overall it's a great place

We so enjoyed this unit on Memorial Day. We had been at this property before but this condo was superior to our last rental. The balcony and overlook of the grounds was so relaxing. The pools were very enjoyable and so added a nice touch to our overall stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with all the needed essentials. We cannot wait for our next trip!

This place was great for myself and friends to stay for a weekend during Wurstfest. We loved the location since it was close to everything and the house was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The host was great and was on top of communicating throughout the weekend. Our group had a great experience staying here. The home was spacious and very clean, perfect for the size of our group. And the property is conveniently located to the center of town. Definitely plan to reserve this in the future if we make it back to New Braunfels!
