GroundFloor Las Palomas 1.5 Bedroom Phase2 No stairs/elevators/Free bunk room

Great place like the no waiting on elevators and you can park right in front of it, the condo was clean & comfortable I would stay here again

This condo is conveniently located in the first floor which is good or bad depending on your needs. There is better view form the upper levels but you have your car outside of the door… You get to have a pool just outside of the sliding doors to the other side.. The lighting is not great, kind of dark because the orientation of the building.. It doesn’t get much natural light. I have mixed feelings if I would choose to stay here or in a upper level with the inconvenience of being far from the car.. the condo was spacious and the bunk beds super useful when traveling with kids. No need to open the sofa bed… Good laundry room and everything you need in a kitchen. Salt and pepper.. no oil or any other condiments.. 9/10… with better lighting will be a 10…

The staff was wonderful and the amenities were above average but the only downfall was that there was a ton of construction and in the photos prior before booking the pool area outside my rental was open but when we arrived it was under construction so we had a view of of a work zone.

Everything was good, can’t complain about the location or condition but checkin is not the up to standard for that type of resort.

Property was excellent. Clean. Had everything you need. Very comfortable. Only negative wifi did not work our entire stay.

The condo was beautiful. Had all the resources we needed. The nicest party was location and accessibility l. Would highly recommend for a family of 4. The bunk bed room was perfect!

What a lovely stay. The apt is next to the Coffee Point with fabulous coffee and pastry. The apartment is quiet, well equipped, comfortable bed and all the amenities of a 5 star resort!

This was overall an amazing experience. It was our first time at Rocky point and it did not disappoint. The La Palomas resort is absolutely beautiful and the first floor room that we booked was so convenient with access to all the pools and the beach within walking distance, I would highly recommend room 102. It is right next-door to the coffee shop and we could park our car right outside the door making it super easy and convenient for loading and load out. The room was excellent very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for for our four day stay communication with the owner was fast and friendly, and I would highly recommend anyone to book this ground floor room due to its convenience and prime location. We are already planning our next trip for next year and would like to make this a yearly family trip!

Nice stay. Convenient with pool just a few steps right outside the balcony. Coffee shop next door was great. Everyone speaks great English and accommodating. Wonderful customer service.

This condo is on our list to always rent! Ground floor, close to beach, pools, coffee shop and restaurant! Wasn’t sure if we would hear all sorts of noise and nope, we didn’t! Very clean, well stocked and only complaint would be the sliding door was tough to open/ close. We are already looking at future dates to go back!

Slow time of the year therefore check in was quick, no wait. The condo itself is in the ground location right next to coffee shop which my husband loved. Quick access to the pool and amenities. It was clean with everything you might need and the bed very comfortable. The extra bunk bed room was cute and perfect if we had our kids with is. Thank you for a lovely stay

Could use a few improvements. Front door didn’t lock, several broken drawers. No hot water. Called front desk but no one came. A little loud bc it’s now next to a cafe. Location was prime though and it was clean.
