    Good: Great location Pool right out front Beach right out front Large Parking included Couch very broken and sunk I'm Tv's didn't connect to internet Maintenence figures out how to not come fix stuff Vacasa didn't care really about the issues. Ask for late check out and they stated you have to buy it at 4pm the day before your check out. Not listed anywhere mind you. Bad 3 cockroaches Dirty dishes in cabinets 2 trash bags only (really??) Thin paper towels Broken stove, washing machine Glass tables suck for kids Outdated

    Overall the condo was great. It would be the small things that may eventually become big things. The de-humidifier was starting to fail. The pump stopped working so we had to manually drain the water. The refrigerator seals were damaged so the refrigerator was constantly running. We had to push hard to try and keep it closed. The back sliding door did not lock completely the door was older and showed signs of age and corrosion. There were only 2 trash bags for an entire weeks of stay so we had to buy trash bags. There were no condiments (salt, pepper...) or coffee filters. Very bare minimum as far as hospitality. Overall it is a nice place but don't expect anything else other than a place to stay.

    Pros: Great location first floor with aging parents is a plus. You can walk straight to the beach from the patio. Leave your beach items outside on the patio without any worries. Cons: Master bedroom sliding door didn’t open to the patio. Living room patio door needs maintenance very hard to slide and lock. Garbage disposal in kitchen doesn’t work. Some kitchen utensils were dirty. No potholders. Remember to bring extra essentials; ie toilet paper, paper towels. The washer door hatch broke second day however complex has washers to use for $3. There weren’t any extra blankets or pillows, remember to bring your own.

    Location is great! Cindy at the on-site office was awesome, made great recommendations on restaurants. All did not disappoint. Maintaince people were great, courteous.

    I'm sorry, I don't understand what you would want me to revise. My review is both accurate and honest. I can provide a video link if you would like. I'm sure you wouldn't want me to provide a dishonest review. The photographer does a nice job. The pictures don't reveal that this place is the next thing to a dump. The cleaning people clean down the middle. Look behind the furniture and you find dead roaches and bugs. All the cabinetry in the kitchen and baths is falling apart. The furniture looks like it came from a second hand store and the leather furniture is pealing. The place is so dark and dingy you almost need a flashlight to find your way around. I could go on but this should suffice. $5,000 a month should get a little more than this place offers
