We have stayed in this complex twice now and both ground floor units were very nice. Clean and everything you need in the entire unit. We love the location. People watching is very fun and you are right on the bay for bike rides. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

Very clean, easy check in process, and all necessary amenities for our stay. Would recommend the property for anyone looking to relax bayside as this unit has a great ground floor patio.

Great choice for a family vacation. The property is well maintained, very clean, spacious, and updated.The patio in front was great for sitting out at night, watching the nightly fireworks and people watching. It is close to Belmont as well. The hosts were very responsive. The only downside might be that you have to go into one of the bedrooms to access one of the bathrooms. Might only be a downside if you have other than family as part of your group. We had a large family vacation so we had this unit, the one above it and the smaller one next store. It was perfect!

Perfect choice for our family vacation! Location was incredible. One block to the beach, yet on the quiet bayside. Walkable to everything! Belmont Park was cute, boardwalk was fun and downtown was accessible. The house set up was great! Plenty of space, full stocked, super clean and updated. Communication with the host was spot on! They were super responsive and happy to answer all of our questions quickly. Great stay overall!

Great place. Perfect for my 5 year old grandson.

The property was well maintained and has everything you need to cook. Which is a huge bonus that way we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

This is such a beautiful property, right on Mission Bay and a short walk to the beach, near Belmont Park. My husband commented on how clean the property is, as well as nicely updated and well maintained. My daughter said the shower is life-changing, and I have to agree with her. The only other time I've experienced a shower like theirs was in a penthouse suite of a 5 star hotel in Colorado Springs. The kitchen is very well stocked, bas a big area to work in, and everything you would possibly need for your stay. Spices were provided too, I haven't seen more than salt and pepper provided before. Very comfortable seating in the living area and outside. I liked that there were clear instructions printed in different areas, like on the TVs to guide you. Management was quick to respond when we had an issue with the front door lock, it wasn't pulling back in all of the way so we were having trouble getting back into the property. Someone arrived shortly after our initial request and it worked perfectly moving forward, I knew that this is a ground floor property, but I had no idea how loud the people above would be and how much we would hear. You don't hear voices or the tv, but you will hear their footsteps. If someone's up there, you will hear them. We thought it was a toddler running back and forth, loudly dropping something constantly but then my kids said they saw a big dog. That being said, it's a great place and you will enjoy it all. Highly recommend this property!

This was an excellent location for us. The property was within easy walking distance to a bay (just across the sidewalk next to the gate), a wonderful playground across the street (with a stoplight/crosswalk 1minute away), a rollercoaster across the street, miles of well-lit sidewalk for bicycling/running/walking/people watching, the mission beach boardwalk is just two blocks away, tons of food options- and this is just what’s located within 1-5 minutes of walking. Parking at the property was easy. It was clean and well kept. 2/3 rooms had a bathroom. Only downside was kids having to sneak through rooms at night to use bathrooms because the room with bunk beds did not have a bathroom- but this was a very minor issue as we were all family staying there. Communication was excellent with property management. We had zero issues during our stay. I appreciate that the bay out front was very calm and the foot traffic did not include as many homeless people or drunk people partying as the ocean side of Mission Beach. This is an important consideration because we had a mentally disabled adult and three young children with us. I’d like to bring our family back to this location- it was just great.

Perfect place to bring your family. Convenient to all the fun in the neighborhood. We will definitely come back garage. Space for storage was an extra plus for us with all our water toys we brought down with us.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very well maintained and the hosts were very responsive whenever I sent a message. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you would need to cook with; pots and pans, dishes and seasonings. The beds were also very comfortable. The Bayside sand is literally right outside your patio gate. If you are there in the summertime, you have a view of the fireworks from SeaWorld on the weekends. The only drawback I would say is that there is a lot of foot traffic and bikes that go past your front patio all day long. But how is that any different than if you were sitting on the beach? It's great for people watching, It really didn't negatively affect our weekend. My grandkids loved being so close to Belmont Park and the beach, there was so much to do. Wood fire pits are not allowed so we purchased a small propane fire pit, which worked perfectly on the patio for our evening s'more's I definitely recommend this unit for your next family getaway.

perfect location! right on the beautiful bay and just steps from the ocean. Starbucks and restaurants are less than a block away. The place was well equipped and had great attention to detail. one of our kids' toys' battery died and was so nice to have a few AAAs in the drawer! Super easy and proactive communication from host.

Great location. A lot of walkable places. Belmont park, restaurants, etc. Very responsive host. Very clean place. We would definitely stay again.
