All have been clean and many have been updated. Sea Coast Condominiums is centrally located along the no drive portion of New Smyrna Beach!We will stay here again.

Quiet, relaxing beach stay. First floor unit is the way to go for our family of four and everything we’re towing to the beach. I would stay at this unit again. Clean and had everything we needed. John at the front desk is a class act.

The condo is on the ground floor, so it is nice being able to just walk out the deck to the pool. The pool area is really nice, with tables with unbrellas and many chairs around the pool. Location is great, with many restaurants just a short drive.

Our family had the most amazing time. We meet so many new friends, it was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. A few minor issues. We only had 1 key for the rental and the pool bands were not reusable. Once installed, you had to break them to remove them from your wrist and then management did not want to reissue replacements.

The condo was clean, the pool was warm, and we were right on the beach.We were surprised to find out that there was a shared laundry area with fun operated washer and dryer. This was a challenge because it was hard to get coins with the coin shortage.One negative was that we had booked two condos that were ocean front. The balconies looked out at the sand. That's why we picked them. But shortly after booking we got a call saying the owners had family staying there desk we were moved to the complete opposite corner of the complex. We did get a 10% discount after we asked.The other residents were nice and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.
