Unit was as described and included everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful location with very nice views of the sea and beach. Sunsets were awesome! All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we would definitely stay there again.

I was in Puerto Penasco for the first time with my adult children and their partners for Christmas. This condo is extremely spacious and the three bedroom suites were ideal for us each to have our own bedrooms/bathrooms with every room opening onto the spectacular balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed meals on the balcony, walks on beautiful Sandy Beach and the private hot tub. Both the beach and the pool were very easy access from the ground floor condo. The smaller pool was heated and and easy It was lovely to have a view of both the pool and beach. The resort location was easy proximity to the Malecon, many restaurants and activities. The kids enjoyed renting ATV's nearby to ride in the desert and we arranged for a delightful group massage on the balcony. Questions and communication with the host were answered very promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the location of the condo and being able to walk out to the beach and the pool resort easily. There was plenty of room for our party of ten.

We were so impressed with this place the location of the condo was perfect it has the most beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. the condo itself was very well equipped with basic necessities. check in/out was super easy and security is top notch we will be coming back soon!

Resort was great. Restaurants and bar are a bit expensive and no ice chest are allowed at the pool so you'll buy their overpriced drinks. The bight we went into town we were targeted by police because we were in an expensive vehicle. The fine kept increasing until they took every cent we have. AMERICANS STAY AWAY AND DON'T GIVE THEIR CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OUR MONEY. THEY DON'T WANT US THERE!

The condo was an amazingly located stay with quick access to everything on the resort. It had everything you needed for a nice stay and the host was super responsive to anything we needed. Beautiful view from whatever window you looked out of and super smooth check in process. We were able to check in really early too thanks to the efficiency of the resorts cleaning team. I would definitely book this place again.

My wife and I brought her brother’s family, her parents and our daughters for a five day stay in rocky point. This oceanfront presidential suite checked every box for us. Ample parking for side-by-side and trailers, cold AC and great amenities. We had a great time in the pool while the kids played on the beach. Adrianna was our host for that unit and Alejandro was our property host. Both were first class.

Location was great! Near pool and right on beach. Family had a great time. Plan on coming back next year!
