The condo has everything you could possibly need. Great location and view. The owners were so quick to respond to me when I had questions. I would highly recommend this unit.

Every day we watched the sunrise over the ocean. Being steps away from the pool was a huge plus for the kids, and we enjoyed the easy access in and out of the property.

Wonderful Seamless. Perfect for what we had hoped for this particular trip getting unplugged, fishing, walking, sleeping and reading. Shelly and Doug are amazing hosts and always available from booking, questions, and during our stay as needed. The condo is clean, efficient, quiet being an end unit. Paradise!

Stayed 4 nights, overall the stay was not totally bad. The bugs bothered me but after addressed it was time to leave, so I guess all good. The place is stocked with a lot of items like floaties etc. I left a beach umbrella to contributed to the items. Also, I gave the owners an opportunity to make this right, not verbally but timing to respond with some hospatility. So, if you are ok with Bugs then you will be ok, but if not well there you go.. Pros:- walk out to the pool/beach- i was silent to the service desk for marketing - close to restaurants outside of the resort- resort did some activities- swim up bar availableCons:- Woke up one morning to cockroaches in my shower (dead), one dead next to my bed. Communicated that to the owners who responded surprised and requested that I communicate that to the front desk, after some back and forth about charging me the agreed to come spray for free. I started to look around for some cleaning supplies to make sure of things for myself, but found a few nearly empty bottles of roach spray. Now, it appears not to be such a surprise. Lucky just me on the trip and not my wife.- Tile work in the unit needs to be updated, tiles are not stuck to the floor- AC unit in the master bedroom is VERY loud- Onsite Restaurant / Bar is a bit pricy, drinks a bit watered down- Beach water is NOT swimable, waves are very strong- Be quick to lock down chairs in the morning, chairs and space is limited

Loved the ground floor patio facing the beach and the condo had EVERYTHING we needed to relax, enjoy & cook (when we wanted). Uber made it very easy to get around and explore.The beach is huge and there was plenty of it to get a great walking workout in.We highly recommend the little restaurant Sardinia which is right outside of Worldmark's gate for breakfast on the weekend.

The location and ease of the property cannot be overstated. The condo has a beautiful view and is very convenient to the pool and Mama Mia restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cabo. Our only constructive feedback is the condo was not very clean, there was a box with a sink in it in the middle of the kitchen when we arrived, someone left a shirt and vial of something out on the counter and there was hair in the bathroom sink. I think there may have been some construction going on prior to our arrival, and we therefore had to clean the place before getting settled. The comforter also has a milky stain on it and the couch and chair in the main room are a bit tired. The air conditioning in the family room works great, however the one in the bedroom is a little finicky, but we figured out that you just can't change the temp any lower than 24C. As others said, you are only supplied one roll of toilet paper and must either bring your own or go to one of the larger stores as neither the x0x0 nor the property store had any. All in all, we would consider staying again but wanted to give an honest review.
