Ground floor oceanfront condo w/private lanai, outdoor pool, hot tub, great view

The unique and most beautiful view of Hanalei, sunset, the endangered nene goose population on property, and seclusion of the unit, felt very private. lots of dining and shopping options in town, short drive. wish we could've stayed longer! next time for sure

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place. This is it. All the amenities you need. Clean and well stocked. Simple accurate instructions. From driving to the unit, entry, WiFi, and helpful handbook. People were pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay with amazing sunset views.

The view is excellent! The bed is comfortable and the portable AC in the bedroom works well. The appliances are new, and the cookware and linens are of high quality.

This was my first stay at PKK without my husband so my daughter came with me. Her comment was I understand why you and Daddy loved Kauai. She loved the view and the peacefulness of PKK and the island. The view can't be beat. The Nenes and other birds were fun to watch, she walked the trail to the beach, I walked along the golf course. It's our happy place

The day starts with coffee on the patio while listening to the wake up calls from nature. Then it’s easy to get places on the otherworldly North Shore After exploring, it’s back to the comfortable unit to a chilled bottle of wine. Great place to relax. The unit is well maintained and has all things needed. We will be back

Loved the views, the location, the proximity to places along the North Shore, and the access to the beach on site (a rarity in Princeville). The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom was comfy (cool with the AC) and spacious. Oceanfront views are as good or likely better than advertised.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very clean, welcoming, updated, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, has beautiful view of the ocean with nearby beach access. The area is quiet, with tropical landscape in the area in a great location. We would definitely recommend staying here!

View is spectacular, kitchen is open and functional, but the bed mattress is horrific. Stained. Bathroom was full of little black flys so we kept the spiders in there to help get rid of them. Also the beach chairs were dilapidated and literally falling apart. I have no idea how these things slip past cleaning staff. Also pool is ho hum and there’s only one hot tub the size of a regular bathtub almost. We preferred other places in princeville .

The views were stunning and the place is generally comfortable, especially what I think is a newly renovated kitchen. The bedroom stayed cool with the portable a/c unit and fan. However, it is in need of a major deep clean - closet space, window wells, bathroom walls, plunger etc. They replaced the dirty shower curtain and we bought some candles to disguise the musty smell. The views and location make up for most but we wouldn’t book again unless it undergoes a major cleaning or partial renovation.

Wonderful view as soon as you walk in! Everything clean and neat, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
