Wonderful! A lovely place to spend time. One suggestion… a new coffee maker is in order. Took 2 hours to brew half a pot. There was a kurig available but we were not prepared for that. Otherwise everything was perfect!! Thank you so much!!!

Great location, view of Ocean great, very quiet, did not have to communicate with property management because we had no problems and the only negative was that the floors could have been cleaned. Would stay again.

Perfect location very comfortable. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. I would’ve liked to see a picture of it before going.

This place was just perfect for my boyfriend and I’s stay! The price is unbeatable considering the location and access to nearby state parks. We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

This was a wonderful location, just a few steps to the beach. It was our first trip to the Pacific and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Our only complaint was the construction going on while we were there. The workers were respectful but they did leave there equipment on the patio. This was nothing the owners had control over. Great place to stay!

My family enjoyed this place for its location and its cleanliness we would stay here again!

Seaside is a great place for a weekend trip

Great stay, beautiful sunsets.

We loved our stay at 105! Being able to walk right out onto the promenade was such a bonus. We had family one evening for dinner. Our 3 grandkids had so much fun on the lawn. Cool breezes, morning coffee and watching the world go by on our deck. We will return. The unit was fully equipped and very comfy.

The home was great and the location was perfect.

You can’t beat the price for being on the ground floor and can walk right out to the the prom. Unit was very clean. Had cooking necessities but need to bring your own condiments. No biggie. Has some seasonings. If you’re looking for a modern, posh unit you’ll need to seek elsewhere and prob spend another $200/night. This condo met all of our needs. Beds very comfy. Can sit on the patio and still watch the ocean. Would definitely stay again!

Everything we and more.

We had an enjoyable stay at our Seaside condo. It was convenient to the beach, the Promenade and Seaside's main street, serving us well during our stay. We also found the management folks to be exceedingly available and helpful, when we had to deal with an issue of lost license and credit cards. Kudos to the lical crew!

Everything was as advertised. Great stay in a great location.

Very comfortable and family friendly. You couldn’t get a better location for access to the beach. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
