The condo had everything we needed, which was very convenient. We had our dogs, and they got to see the ocean for the first time. I will be keeping this place in mind for future visits.

TV-Wifi did not work, Mold on end-table, Bleach stained comforter with unknown substance stuck on it, rusty appliances. Not up to Sawgrass/PV standards for sure! Far better off in a Hotel. We got the heck out of there at 5:30am cutting trip short.

Enjoyed our stay across the road from the ocean. Perfect location to the Sawgrass Beach Club where our family are members. Beautiful weather and a great time.

My husband and I stayed in this rental for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. The condo is spotless and was the perfect size for the two of us. The photos and description are accurate. The owners are incredibly nice and responsive. They left us a charcuterie tray for check-in which was unexpected and delicious! The patio area is so nice to sit on the evenings to enjoy the weather. The beach was a very short and easy walk across the parking lot over the boardwalk. The beaches there are gorgeous. There were no crowds which made the beaches even better. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Property was super clean, located perfectly for the activities that I was involved in, and accommodated everything needed for a 4 night stay with my two poodles. Looking forward to going back soon!

My favorite place to stay when visiting family in the Ponte Vedra/Sawgrass area. I’ve stayed several times and this condo is always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach and short drive to many good shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful!

After multiple stays over the last few years, this property never disappoints! Clean, spacious, well-decorated, well-located and a very friendly, well-organized host. What more could you ask for? Hoping to come back many more times!

My husband and I are natives of Jacksonville, FL. I have stayed or visited Sawgrass since the beginning of the community. I was reintroduced to Sawgrass when my cousin (also Native Jacksonvillan) and her husband moved to Sawgrass. We love everything about the community and have had the privilege to stay with my cousin at her home. We stayed at the condo for my cousin’s son’s wedding. The condo was perfect in size and location. We were even able to take our dog, something we’ve never done before. Being able to walk to the beach so close was one of the many highlights of the weekend. The condo had everything we needed and was decorated in up-to-date furnishings. Everything was so perfect that I now feel like we have our own slice of paradise. We look forward to returning soon.
