Stayed Oct 24, 2025We had an incredible experience at this condo. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t cook anything lol. The management company checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. I did mention that there were no extra pillowcases for the extra pillows. The next morning someone from management showed up with Pillowcases! The condo is located near restaurants, the beach and shopping. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This cottage has a great layout and is very convenient to restaurants and bridge. The only negative was the mold. Cabinets in the kitchen and vents were covered in mold. It really needs a good thorough cleanse.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Decent little house would recommend for 4 people and not do much 6. Very close to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, and Italian ice shop. Enjoyed the porch a lot. It was cluttered….needs a good cleaning out of excess stuff from closets, drawers, and cupboards. No where to put away groceries so we cleared space in the hutch to put food into. Even though pics show futon and couches downstairs where washer/dryer is located, it is musty smelling so not a usable space if anyone would think there was from pictures. The bathrooms are very small, and the one has the tiniest sink ever in the corner.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We LOVED this condo. It is a cozy space just right for two adults. The kitchen was great for making our own breakfast and lunches. The smart tv's were awesome. Instead of logging into my streaming accounts, I just cast my phone to the tv's and we were able to watch shows. The pool was great, of course. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels and paper products for our stay. We also loved that we could do laundry. That is really helpful when traveling. The bed is very comfortable too. I could go on forever about this property, but I won't. It's just great. Don't hesitate to book it for a couple. Vacasa was great too. It was helpful to have the option of texting them if we had any issues.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was very clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. The TV’s were big and the appliances were upgraded and clean as well. The distance to Sunset Beach and Bird Island is about a 10-20 minute drive. There are also indoor and outdoor pools onsite. The neighborhood residents were friendly, as well. I’d definitely stay again. Book the home!
