Ground-Floor Condo near the Beach w/Private W/D, A/C, Shared Outdoor Pool

We had a great time. Place was clean, and we had everything we needed. Location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean & had everything we needed. The unit is on the end so it has a lot of windows compared to other units. It looks out onto the bay. So nice! The only downside was the check in process. We arrived 2.5 hours early & we’re not allowed to access our room early even though it was all cleaned & ready for us, just sitting there empty. That was a big aggravation. Also, our lock code didn’t work so we had to call to get a different one. Luckily the second one worked. Overall I’d recommend this place but next time I’d request early check in beforehand.

Long story short. Private washer was out of order upon arrival. Reported it at checkin numerous times. The next afternoon they moved us to the Villas.. Then traded for more problems. Wasted alot of our vacation handling issues. Never again.

Perfect for our anniversary weekend!

Super clean, great location, easy walk to beach, the kitchen supplies pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee pot & blender. No coffee filters, ran out of toilet paper, washing machine needs attention, so loud no way to talk or watch TV. The patio had duct taped chairs, not cool, gets tacking and sticks to you. No instructions for which of the four remotes work the TV, we had to buy batteries. Bed, sinks to the center, back and neck ache everyday. Besides all that, this location is great, the beach is amazing!

Overall the condo was very cute, well-decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing and so was the refrigerator (rusty exterior but cooled very well). There is no ice maker so bring your own or go to Tom Thumb to buy ice. The sound was great for sunsets. The pool was so nice but it was out of service one day we were there and the following day it was open but looked like a lot of chemicals were added. The cable and internet did not work and we reported it upon arrival. No one came to fix it the first day and the second day my husband went outside and saw that the main cable box for many condos was smashed and laying on it's side with cable pieces strewn about. My husband fixed the internet cables outside in the heat. The tv never worked but at least our phones worked to play music and send texts. Overall it was a great place but I would suggest a few things be repaired: the cable/ internet, the kitchen knives were very dull, the outdoor chairs on the patio were all ghetto taped up with electrical tape and plastic pieces falling all over the lawn area, the patio was not swept (I swept it) and there are 3 small succulent plants on the patio table that were dying for water (I watered them).
