The open kitchen and dining area feature plenty of seating, including a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals or entertaining.

Situated in the historic Story Clark Piano Factory, this fully furnished condo showcases 14 ft.exposed ceilings and windows, original beams, brickwork, and wood floors. Outside, a private patio provides a gas grill and dining area for warm-weather gatherings. Guests also enjoy elevator access to the shared rooftop deck—an incredible spot to take in views of the channel, sunsets, fireworks, and the iconic Musical Fountain.

Each of the two private bedrooms features a queen bed, and the spacious living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of room to relax with a flat-screen TV. A loft space provides two additional twin beds.

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
