Stayed May 3, 2025Our host JD was so great. The condo was wonderfully decorated and clean. He offered all the amenities we needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo is so centrally located to everything we had planned. The pool was just steps away which was so convenient. He was quick to respond to any question and constantly kept us updated on our trip before arriving. We went down to Clearwater for the first time to celebrate my 70th birthday and upon arriving at his unit he had a box of candy and a birthday card waiting for me which was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend using JD’s condo if you are planning to visit Clearwater and the area. We know we will definitely be staying there again. Thank you JD.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We spent 6 nights and had a great time at this place. The unit is precisely the same as described. It was so nice to find all those little things that we usually do not want to carry on travel, but still would like to use and feel like home. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The host is very responsive and helpful. The complex has a very nice and very warm pool to relax. Close to Sand Key and Clearwater beaches, nice restaurants around as well as shopping plazas. we highly recommend this condo.

Stayed May 25, 2024My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. New mattress and king size bed and new shower head was awesome. Pool is close by and very relaxing. JD made sure i was comfortable and the apt has everything i needed for my stay.
