Stayed May 6, 2026The unit was so old and outdated. We killed 3 huge cockroaches our first 2 nights. I called them and they were very nice and had someone come in to spray so every time we walked in the unit we smelled chemicals and got 2 more cockroaches. The first floor was great for access to the pool but the room was outdated and the cockroaches ruined it for me.

Stayed Oct 12, 2025My family vacationed with SunDestin for my children’s fall break. The location was perfectly centered around all the restaurants and activities we engaged in. The staff was super supportive and provided immediate responses for our concerns. I went to the onsite restaurant for a meal or two and gift shop for souvenirs. The was beach was beautiful and I enjoyed the early morning and late evening walks. The outdoor and indoor pool were great. My kids throughly enjoyed themselves at the beach and pools. Access to the beach and pool was extremely easy from my room. The room configuration was great, everyone had space to relax and do their own thing. I would recommend the SunDestin to anyone.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The space was perfect! All amedities listed were included. The view to the Gulf was everything we needed and more. Location was central to where we needed and wanted to be. I'd book it again!

Stayed Jun 12, 2023The condo was nice and fairly clean except that there was a lot of sand on the floor when we arrived. The view was no great, had a great view of the pool wall. Restaurant on site was not good we were under the weather for 2 days after eating there. Condo management and security let large crowds party until 2 AM playing loud music, yelling and throwing beer cans from the top balcony, when the front desk was called they said they were unaware of the parties and would send security but they never showed up, a follow up call management said they couldn’t find their security officers and was having trouble dispensing the crowd.

Stayed Sep 22, 2022Overall had a great stay. Bathroom, bathtub had a stain to show it was not cleaned in the second bath. Plumbing could use some work. Price was affordable.
