This ground floor condominium has been updated throughout and is situated in building 1, which is conveniently located near the shuttle stop on Highway 40 and within easy walking distance to the clubhouse.
The main living area features hardwood flooring and includes a large, comfortable sectional sofa, perfect for enjoying the flat-screen television and gas fireplace, along with an additional set of windows that enhance the brightness of your stay. This unit is equipped with high-speed internet and a remote setup for a school and/or business center to ensure you remain connected. The patio provides direct access from the back of the condo into the woods.
In the dining area, a large table offers bench seating and a view of the forest. Moose, deer, and foxes can often be spotted from this window! This space is adjacent to the kitchen, which boasts slate tiled flooring, solid wood cabinets, new black appliances that complement the new black granite countertops, and a custom center island for those who prefer a buffet-style meal.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with new furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated to include a dual vanity and a tiled shower enclosure.
The second bedroom contains a queen bed and has access to the second full bathroom located in the main hallway. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

    Condo was really nice and laid out perfectly for our family of two, including a 5 and 8-year-old. We loved the gas fireplace! The shuttle to the ski resort was very convenient in the condo parking lot, with other shuttle lines we could grab more frequently just a tiny bit further of a walk down to the main road. Building one is in the same parking lot as the pool and hot tub which was great for using on the day we did not ski. (We found out that other buildings in Beaver village would require a shuttle or drive down the mountain probably to use the pool).Kitchen was fine and had the basics to cook simple meals during our ski trip. We had a few minor complaints... just because of what the prices are, it seems like things like this should be attended to. Some basic minor plumbing problems, like a clogged sink, a toilet handle about to fall off, some cobwebs in high places, no trash bags, and no instructions for a parking pass. However, the property management staff was super fast to respond and very helpful. The condo was for sale when we stayed there and it just seemed like it had been a little bit forgotten about. Regardless, would definitely recommend!
