Stayed Jun 27, 2024we enjoyed being on the ground floor. Kitchen was very LOW stocked... no baking pans or large mixing bowls, no sharp knives. Bathroom needs to be updated...no hooks to hang towels or personal items on, shower curtain is cheap and sticks to you when showering

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We enjoyed the location of the Phoenix East II. The room had great pool access and noise was never an issue. The Keurig was broken, but we were able to get coffee from the lobby until a new coffee maker arrived. Would definitely recommend to others!

Stayed Mar 15, 2022We loved the location of the condo on Orange Beach. The condo is decorated well but needs some updating/fine tuning. The vertical blinds in the family room don't close and are missing slats so there is no privacy for the kids sleeping in bunk beds. The sliding door/window is located right next to where everyone enters the building so the lack of privacy from the broken blinds is an issue. The refrigerator is rusted on the outsides which was off putting for such a hefty rental price. The fridge interior was spotless and clean but the entire outside is 60% rusted gives the condo a dirty look. Dishwasher is missing wheels so the basket doesn't roll in and out properly. Also slightly rusted inside which is staining the pretty white dishes. Lastly the king size bed is incredibly uncomfortable and hard. Guess it was tough coming from a Holiday Inn express to this bed but it would be good to replace the bed or put a pillow top on it for comfort for your future guests. Kids said bunk beds were great. Overall its a very cute place just needs some details to make it worth the price we paid. Thanks.

Stayed Mar 28, 2021Everything about this place is great. Comfortable bed, well furnished, great location on the beach near great restaurants etc. The poolside location is perfect; no need to wait for the elevator time after time. The only thing that could make this condo better is better, room darkening blinds and then drapes in the bedroom. The light in the lobby right outside is very bright all night long so the room never really gets dark. We had to hang towels over the blinds in order to get to sleep at night. The blinds over the patio doors are still missing pieces as well. That's not a huge deal, but a minor issue. The living room area rug isn't the cleanest. Again, just a minor issue. The check in / check out process was a breeze, which is really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 19, 2019This first floor one bedroom condo was great for my two kids and I. It’s small but tidy and has a great porch that is facing the pool and gets sun all day. It was fairly obvious that this was a newly reburbished unit that hadn’t been rented out before. A few small things we ran into: there were no baking sheets, the blinds to the sliding glass door wouldn’t close or slide, and there were only 4 glasses total in the cabinets (one of which was chipped and cracked). Overall the location and convenience to the beach, pool, and indoor pool/hot tub outweighed those small items. It’s nicely furnished, and maintenance did respond quickly to the blinds probably, but it wasn’t actually repaired. Also, when you are checking in, you check in at Phoenix East next door, I wandered around for a while before realizing.
