You will love this 1 bedroom, ground floor condominium that is close to everything St Simons has to offer. Recently updated with all new furniture and décor, this home is the vacation you’ve been waiting for. In the living room, there is a 55 smart tv. There is an additional 42 TV in the bedroom. Pup friendly Yes we are! We have a 35 lb. weight limit for your pup (additional fee).

The ground floor patio is fenced so you andor your pet can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing. The master suite has an all new king size bed with en-suite restroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bring your kids or another couple who can take advantage of the sleeper sofa in the living room. A Laundromat is just steps away from this unit. This is a home you will want to keep coming back to year after year.

Ocean Walk condominiums are walking distance to the pier/village area, where you can enjoy great dining, beach shops, or stroll the waterfront. When you are ready to hit the beach you will be less than a mile to several beach access points.

At the complex you will have two pools to choose from with one being heated yearly from September until April. If tennis is your sport, then you are in luck, Ocean Walk has tennis courts, as well as a fitness center, clubhouse, business center and fishing lake. (Catch and release only.)

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Dogs under 35 lbs. are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. (limit 2 dogs)

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

    Excellent stay, would reserve again. A little antiquated that you still have to physically pick up a key at their office as many properties in OW have keyless entry. Also a paper survey is a little outdated. The unit is beautifully updated, modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Easy access to the pool and easy walk to village. Permanent residents are friendly and welcoming. As to be expected, the unit above produces floor noise but I don’t think that can be helped. The unit is extremely clean for being pet friendly. I am animal dander sensitive but had no problems in this unit. Excellent stay overall..

    We loved the condo and its great location. It was spotless and well appointed. It provides a very homey atmosphere and is close to absolutely everything. Being pup friendly is a big plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

    OW P-3 has been highly maintained by the owners who have thought of everything. It is dog friendly which is what I need and the dog covers for the furniture was great. I take my own but it’s not necessary here. I enjoyed meeting other guests and residents at P-3 and our porch gatherings in the evenings. I vacation in SSI twice a year. My family and I return in July and will stay at OW. I hope to return next spring ‘2025 to P-3! Thank you to P-3 owners! Real Escape wonderful to deal with too!
