This condo is beautiful and in the perfect spot. It has every amenity you would need for a comfortable stay. Check in process was smooth and really enjoyed getting a call the week prior to check in to go over everything.

The unit is always clean and if there are any issues, the maintenance team is always responsive. The owner upgraded the bathroom a few years ago and it now makes efficient use of the space especially with having pocket doors.

Truman Park is an excellent location (and a nice park in general) to watch the sunset if you don't want to walk to Mallory Square. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby and a short walk to Duval St entertainment, CVS and Walgreens, Fausto's Food Palace, Ft Zach Taylor beach.This is a great 2-bed, second floor unit overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed, and the back deck has a larger dining table and lounge chairs that aren't shown in the photo. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but nothing you can do about that. The unit is clean and comfortable; would stay in this unit again.

We stay in this complex every time we visit. You can walk everywhere you want to go. With this specific unit the pool is literally steps away and the front porch is a perfect location for sunrises over the pool area. All the pictures matched the reality. We were there two weeks and we plan on staying there again.

The owner has made some upgrades over the years including a new bathroom which is very nicely laid out and maximize the use of space.
