Stayed Jul 13, 2025Very nice as expected. No surprises. Quiet. Convenient to my appointments in the nearby business area. Was able to walk there instead of engaging rideshare. Proprty guide did not list businesses nearer to the property that were walkable but only on the other side of Mopar which required a car. But not difficult to investigate myself.

Stayed May 15, 2025This location is equipped perfectly with a full kitchen and spacious modern clean bathroom. The living room has a large smart tv. It has both and elevator and stairs for easy access. The views are of fine landscaping with large mature oak trees. It is very quiet yet located close to shopping and downtown. The interior finishes and appliances are very high quality. Hands down the best rental we have stayed in.

Stayed Nov 20, 2024We travel a lot and this is by far one of our most favorite stays purely by the quality of the space. Everything was comfy and there was a lot of attention to detail. We do wish there was more standard high speed WiFi - it is the login on the internet style. The kitchen has high quality caraway pots and pans and the Tupperware was high quality too. The knives are the only thing that could be added to. We enjoyed multiple daily walks in the neighborhood and felt extremely safe. It was quick to get to all of our favorite parts of town, too. Would 10000% stay again. Thank you for a beautiful space.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place. The location is great, in a nice area and close to absolutely everything. The place itself is so clean and inviting. They have everything you need. Will definitely stay again when we come to Austin.
