Great Weekly Rate With Beachfront Views

Well stocked condo. Very nice balcony furniture. Hot water took forever. Facility operations could be better. Hot tub ruined (bleached) our bathing suits. Pool could be warmer. Overall it was a nice stay at the Gulf of MEXICO.

Host was awesome! Answered all questions promptly! Such a cozy little condo with an awesome view! ONLY downside was the heated pool was under construction and it was too cold to swim in the regular pool (stayed last week of October) so we werent able to enjoy the pools! The heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked this condo so that was a bummer, but otherwise had an amazing time!!

Host was very quick to respond with any questions.Received information to register for parking and chair/umbrella rental before the stay. Parking registration was easy and required no interactions when arriving. Just drive in and park. Chair/umbrella rental was 50 for 2 chair and one umbrella for the week. For this you go to a hut right in the beach and tell them your room number. They then let you know what umbrella is assigned to you. All are numbered with a chair in each side. The set them up each morning and take them down again at 5 pm. The guy who runs it was there over 12 hours each day. Easy to interact with. Worth the spend.Room was great. It is on the 18th floor, so almost a little high for my taste. But you have an amazing view of everything from there. Many hours spent there enjoying the views.Elevators at the hotel, 4 total, were all very fast. Even during busy times the wait was never long.Kitchen well stocked with any utensils you may need. The red handled knife was oddly something I loved and will miss. Maybe it's just me. Perfectly sharp and just the right size.

Wonderful location and amenities.

This was our first time staying on the strip in a high rise where all the people are. The location was great! Just on the tip of traffic and easy to get in and out. Parking was so simple! Having the beach chairs and not having to haul that out every beach day was amazing! The beds were comfy and the condo was everything we needed. The balcony chairs were bliss!! Our favorite spot. Thank you!!

We love staying at Sunrise. We had a wonderful time. The condo was as expected.

Great Location and building The host communicated quickly when required.The unit was a little tired but well equipped for our extended stay.Only issue was setting the TV’s in all rooms.

We love staying at the Sunrise Beach Resort. Living room furniture needs updating really bad. The sofa is so uncomfortable and the chair is wore out. We love the patio furniture but they could use cushions. We have stayed in this condo a couple times and we to like it but the furniture and decor needs a complete overhaul.

My sister, daughter, and I had a wonderful time. The condo was great. Very well maintained and had everything we needed. This was our second time staying in this condo. Hope to come back next year. Thanks to Josh for being a great host!

The property was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. Definitely will try to make it back. We meet up with friends from different states every year on the 4th of July week. First time at this condo and it was everything I could have hoped for. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your condo.

My Husband and I have 4 daughters. Ranging in age from 16-7. This condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room to move around. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was a clean smell that went right along with the perfectly cleaned condo. Thank you for helping make our vacation perfect.

1. You are right on the beach for easy access from the water to your condo 2. Management is awesome to deal with! We accidentally left an item behind they called/ offered to ship/ made sure we were able to get it back! 3. Close proximity to great eateries/activities/shopping 4. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Condo was just as listed! Very clean and perfect location to walking to restaurants and near everything! Would highly recommend this condo! Joshua was also very quick to respond with answers to any question I had!

We booked here in 2022 and this year (2024). Loved it. Clean. Easy check in. The chairs on the balcony are so great - like perfect to chill and just listen to the ocean at night. WONDERFUL bed and pillows.

Everything about this unit is perfect and just what is needed for a smooth beach trip. Great unit, great amenities, restaurants within walking distance, two chairs with umbrella beachside…. Perfect!!!
