Stayed Jan 3, 2025The owner of this condo, Aron, met me when I arrived at his unit. Aron had anticipated my every need. There were plenty of Tide pods to use in his washer and I ran out of nothing during my five week stay.Aron was very responsive whenever I texted him with any questions. This condo is one block from the Main Street of Little Italy which is filled with terrific restaurants. My stay was much nicer then staying at a five star hotel.

Stayed Apr 9, 2023Aron is the perfect landlord. He replies very fast and helps, if you have any questions. This appartment is in the 4th floor and has the best view of any appartments there. You see some skyscrapers and look in the atrium with the terrace on the 2nd floor. I had enough space for my clothes, there is a large wardrobe and sideboard. The bathroom is big. In the kitchen everything is available for cooking. Maybe interesting tools in the apparment: you have water filter, Ironing board and Iron, in the bedroom a small table for homeoffice with a printer and a monitor, and a hairdryer with diffusor. The neighboors are very kind and it was quite. But the city is noisy, so you can hear traffic from planes and car signals and some noise from electrical machines (maybe air conditioners from ohter buildings), but with closed windows, it's quite. You need 7 min to the trolly (line blue and green). You need 25 min to the next big supermarket (Raplhs) in downtown. Two small italien supermarkets are near, maybe 5 min. The nearest bakery (Frost me) is my favorit and you need only 3 min. If you don't have a car, you need 50 min to the next beaches - Coroado Beach oder Mission Bay / Pacific Beach. This appartment has a garage. Conclusion: if you want to work, study or travel for al long time in San Diego, it's very good place to live.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022This is a good place for one or two people; it's a snug one bedroom apartment in an absolutely amazing location! You can walk out the door and down the street to be on the busiest street in Little Italy (India St) which is packed with restaurants, breweries, coffee houses, wine shops, and more. I highly recommend the cheese wheel pasta and the pizza at Monello (Bencotto also has cheese wheel pasta, but no pizza.) You can walk to the Little Italy Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings-I recommend the chorizo crepe with egg (cash only) and the tamales. Aron the host is great! He goes above and beyond with recommendations and suggestions on anything you are looking to do and is very responsive and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about visiting Mexico. We ended up visiting Tijuana with Wild Foodie Tours instead of by ourselves (which I also highly recommend). There is an MTS Trolley (the commuter train) station within walking distance. We used that to go to the border at San Ysidro-it's not a short ride, but it's nice to not have to drive. You can hear some noise in the condo from India St, but the place is pretty well sound proofed and it never bothered us. The ac does not distribute very well. You can really feel it in the main area, but it does not get to the bedroom too well. Keep the bathroom door closed all the time to help cool the bedroom more. We were able to get mail and packages delivered to the condo easily. Something to watch out for: if you don't close the entrance door to the condo by hand, it will slam shut quicker than you might expect. Also, there was work being done in the building for the second half of our stay, so we noticed a lot of extra dust coming in during that time. My husband worked from the condo while we were there with no issues from the fast internet through Zoom calls and all. The parking spot was great and secure. Even though the bedroom did not have complete blackout shades, they did a decent job keeping the light low in the morning. We did not have success using the shared grills for the building because they were heavily used and out of gas when we tried. We had luck using the small gym in the building, but it seemed to get busier later in the evening. Aron also had nice, classy touches to his place like crystal wine glasses and pyrex containers. This place is a phenomenal deal in an awesome location in San Diego, and we would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again ourselves!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed revisiting Aron’s condo in Little Italy for a few months again this past winter. There are wonderful restaurants in the area and if you enjoy cooking, there are more new small grocery stores to meet your needs. The condo kitchen is well-equipped and Aron is a pleasure to deal with. The new piazza is beautiful and is bringing many more food choices to Little Italy along with a place to sit, enjoy the scenery and listen to the music. San Diego offers so many opportunities for visitors to enjoy themselves outside, whether walking, using transit or travelling by car. We look forward to returning.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a terrific condo – great location, beautifully decorated, and a wonderful owner. Staying in Little Italy was perfect for our extended vacation and this condo totally fit the bill. Multiple of good restaurants, grocery stores and Saturday’s Farmers Market were within easy walking distance. A little further walk got us over to the marine, Seaport Village or to the Gaslamp Entertainment District which provided evening entertainment. In the condo, everything we needed was available and the owner, Aron, said to let him know if anything was missing and he would provide it to us. The condo itself was well maintained and in the best location in the building – facing the inside courtyard. We cannot say enough good things about Aron. He met us at the condo upon our arrival and was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. He even returned our call when he was out of the country. We received excellent service from a very nice owner. Thank you, Aron, for sharing your condo. We are looking forward to our return trip.

Stayed Jun 1, 2017Loved our stay at this condo. The unit has everything needed for a comfortable one-month stay, and Aron, the host, met us at the unit to help us get settled in. Little Italy is right in the heart of San Diego with restaurants, bars, cafes, and the waterfront just steps away. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Another great visit to San Diego. We appreciate Aron's hospitality and how easy he is to reach if we need him. Thanks for the chocolate bars and the wine, Aron! We use public transportation a lot while we are in San Diego and the condo is very close to transit stops. The parking spot indoors is great when using a car and from the location, it is easy to access major highways. The unit has all the appliances and amenities we need. The location in Little Italy is wonderful. The neighborhood is vibrant, full of restaurants, coffee shops and lots of other interesting sites. Saturday visits to the weekly market are a must and we look forward to returning for another winter stay.
