Great spot! North Lake Tahoe-St.Francis Lakeside #16, 4br/3ba, Pool,Tennis&more

Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Only issue in the kitchen were the scratched pans. The unit was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Pretty basic but it worked well.

Great location to the lake!!! We really enjoyed our time there. We went to the lake and hot tub everyday and night. We loved it. Mike was awesome at communicating the details so we had absolutely no problems checking in and he was so responsive to any questions we had during our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better host. It was a perfect 50th birthday getaway for my sister!

Mike's place was great! Clean, easy to check in & check out, and close to the water. Would definitely stay again

Accomodations were great. Four bedrooms and 3 full baths. The beds we extra comfortable.The complex is close to everything. Easy access. We had a great time.

The cabin was very lovely to stay in and was in walking distance to a beach. The host is very accommodating, friendly, and responds promptly. We had a hiccup but were able to resolve it! (Property Insurance is great because accidents can happen!)Again, lovely place, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming, convenient cabin with lots of adorable bear decorations!

Location was beautiful

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. warm and cozy decor.Short walk to the pool, the tennis courts, the private beach and a short drive to Tahoe City.. Mike the host was very responsive to any of our texts.

We had a wonderful time! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pickle ball courts! Easy access to the lake. The property has a very small pebble beach, but is was not crowded. The house was very functional for a group of teenagers and adults. Mike was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.

Our group had a great stay, we enjoyed the condo and amenities. We had a slight issue with the fridge but were able to communicate about it, getting quick responses. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was as advertised. Perfect location close to town and right by the slopes

Came to town to ski at Palisades Tahoe. Location was 15 minutes from the resort and very convenient. Condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was quick to respond and helpful with our questions with navigating the area. Thanks for everything!

Easy, clear checkin and great location

The bear theme was so cute. The communication with our host was good. My friends and I had a lovely time!

Very spacious condo had everything we needed. Perfect vacation.

Great location. Pier was a great place to see son rises and sets. Pool and hot tub was a great place to end a day of exploring. Saw a black bear at one of the state parks on the west side. The Nevada state park is a must place to go. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Casa Muzio at St Francis Woods is a wonderful condo in a great location. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Mike’s communications were thorough and timely, so checking -in/out and getting oriented was a breeze. The bear motif and decorations were very amusing; we counted 53. We’ll be back again for sure….and next time we’ll do a bear re-count. To all future guests: Game On !

We were on town for a wedding. Because of the activities with that we weren’t able to enjoy all the property offered. We would definitely come back to do so.

Nice place for a quick weekend away

Nice, cozy feeling cabin, plenty of room for multiple people. Awesome location right by the lake and near Tahoe City. Host was helpful!
