Stayed Apr 30, 2024The one nice thing about this place was the location - close to a nice walking path, restaurants and shops and it’s in a safe community. The unit itself, however, was a disaster. The AC was constantly making loud and unusual noises and although they tried to have it fixed several times, the noise persisted. There were a lot of things in the apartment that were issues (difficult to use faucets/plugs in tub/shower, fridge had a leak, bath tub paint chipping in multiple places, cheap rickety furniture. The owner should really take some time away from renting to update the unit and make it nice if you expect people to pay paradise valley prices. Would not stay here again in its current condition.
