Great Romantic Get-A-Way!! View of Ocean! HIGH QUALITY FINISHES! 2 BIKES!!

Excellent location with beach view. Property is dated. Room is modern. Patio has pretty good view. I wouldn’t stay there with more than 2 people. Overall a solid choice and I would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a perfect spot. Walking distance to the Beach which we went to everyday. Lots of Restaurants close by and shopping. So much to do. Room was great very clean. Great location. Coligny Park was close by which had a lot of shopping and restaurants. Was the perfect relaxing vacation for my Husband and I.

There is a lot to like about this unit. Seaside Villas is centrally located on South Forest Beach, a very short walk from popular beach bar, The Tiki, and the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort. Both are nice stops for a casual meal or a good cocktail. Inside is a master clsss on making the most of a small space, with lovely updated countertops in the kitchen and bath and newish appliances. The bath is smallish, but there’s plenty of hot water, good water pressure in the shower, and lots of fluffy towels. There’s also a balcony off the living room with a table and chairs and a partial view of the beach. Parking is plentiful and convenient with a number of covered spaces. Free bikes are ready for you under the cover. There’s a nice small pool and the broad, sandy beach is only a short boardwalk stroll away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great and we loved the easy access to the beach. The condo was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, and kitchen necessities. The bikes are a fun addition too!

Great place and great communication! So many things to do around the area. Wish we had better beach weather, but the condo was great. The bikes were a nice bonus!

The unit was very clean and was relaxing to be in. We used the beach bikes several days. Loved the close proximity to the beach and walkability to some good restaurants and a grocery store.Great for two people; highly recommend!

Check-in was easy! The kitchen had everything we needed! Wi-Fi was easily accessible. The room was very very clean A A A. Great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the not so great weather. Will recommend to friends!

This condo was as advertised and a great spot for our long weekend getaway! Even despite locking ourselves out (user-error), the property manager was quick to help us out. We loved using the bikes to get around all over the island! Definitely would recommend this place for great getaway!

This unit has many updates and was perfect for just the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Anything we needed was readily available! The only thing that could be improved was the mattress- we both found it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no mattress pad, just sheets on the bare mattress (which I didn’t care for in a rental unit). There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance! We didn’t move the car our entire trip (which my husband was happy about)! Definitely would return to this lovely property!

This condo is a keyless entry on the first floor with good ocean views. Upon first arrival, the unit looked and smelled very clean! It is beautifully updated and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the closet space large enough for clothes and shoes for two. A large dresser in the bedroom holds plenty of clothes. The bikes provided are very nice and not too worn. The only thing that needs any improvement is the lighting in the bathroom (definitely not dim) which my wife wished was only a little brighter to put on her make-up and the exhaust fan needs updated with a stronger unit. With that said, my wife and I did not want to leave. The owner was engaged, responded quickly to questions, and appeared to want to help in any way she could. We will definitely try to rent this unit again when we return to HHI.

The condo was in the perfect location for our stay. We were in town for a tennis tournament. The condo was clean, easy parking and very comfortable.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 12 years and loved the location between Coligny and Sea Pines. We were able to ride the bikes or walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and updated.

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was incredible! Easy beach access and a very short walk to restaurants and shops (even shorter if you use the fun bikes that are included which I highly recommend). Property manager was incredibly responsive and left a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the books with notes from previous guests and took some of their recommendations. I have zero regrets about choosing this property and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was beautiful and cozy with only a short walk to nearby restaurants and convenience/grocery stores. 10/10 worth the book. We’ll be back!
