Great Resort & Condo - 3 bedrooms with 2 King Beds, Twin bunk & 2 Queen sleepers

Check in was easy. Host responded to questions. Pool area was wonderful. Boat canal was very scenic. Beach was great and entrance was very close to condo complex. Although, host could have been more descriptive on entrance to beach. Entrance was marked by a sign For Members and Guest only of other condo complexes but did not specifically say Santa Anna condo complex. So, I was confused. Strip mall next to the condo complex and CVS was an added benefit. Publix grocery store was relatively close too. All in all, my party of 4 adults and two children ages 3 and 5 had a great time.

The place was as described and had enough room for 6 people. It could certainly use some updating, but I suspect that is reflected in the price of the rental, and the essentials were all there.

The unit was wonderful, except for the “kids’ room.”The bunk beds are unsafe, and need to be replaced. They tip over very easily, and I wouldn’t let my grandchild try to climb to the upper level. Much the same with the pullout couch next to the bunk beds. It’s wobbly, and feels unsafe to put much weight onto. The sheets on it did not appear to be clean, and there were only single sheets in the cabinet. Most of those were very old and stained; the one blanket we used had a hole in it. The other rooms and the rest of the property were great; only the kids’ room needs a complete overhaul.

The condo was well equipped with all the essentials. The hot tub and pool area was very clean and fun for our entire family.

Over all everything was good

For the price, this was a great place. There WERE some quality issues with bedding (stains on one blanket) and dishes (some pots and pans needed a second cleaning) but overall a very good place for the money, with an awesome pool and a great location. Not on the beach, but very walkable.

Overall accommodations were okay, little further south than we thought however still had a great weekend!

Could not see beach. Sliding door very difficult to open. Hideabed mattress needs replaced. Second bedroom mattress extremely hard. Some kind of bugs in living room couch ended up with bites all over us.Other than that you were great to work with and would love to stay again if some upgrades are made and bug situation is taken care of.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. No complaints at all—would definitely stay here again!

Condo was nice and clean. Great pool and a walk across the main road to the beach. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Cons:No extra rolls of toilet paper provided beside the ones hanging in bathrooms when we got there. No trash bags AT ALL provided. No laundry detergent AT ALL for washing machine provided. Only the one paper towel roll that was counter provided, no extra. Also no twin beds

We had a great time! The condo was very comfortable for our group. Pool was wonderful and beach walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Fantastic pool and easy walk to the beach and Santini Plaza for ice cream. The condo was a little basic but we don’t need much. Will come back again.

A group of 4 women came to stay for a couple of days. The property was clean and well represented online. The pool and hot tub area were great. We walked across the street to the beach which was pretty close. All-in-all it was a great getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was great! This is the second time we have stayed at this particular unit and our experience had been great both times.
